Technicians are wonderful, soothing manner and made me feel at ease. Dr. Z is such a sweetheart! Very knowledgeable and explained everything fully. I was completely confident in her. Would highly recommend her and this office. more

The Groupon information describing the Aesthetic Medicine Spa implied that Dr. Darm would be doing the consultation. Not so! He wasn't even there. The microdermabrasion face treatment only lasted about 10 minutes, not the 20 to 30 as stated in the Groupon information. I didnt see much change. I would have been very unhappy had I paid $300 for this procedure. The staff was nice enough but its unlikely that I will go back. \r \r The deep discount for the microdermabrasion face treatment seemed to really only be to get new clients in the door for more expensive procedures. more

Aesthetic Medicine Spa advertises so much on TV and with mailings sent to my home that I made an appointment for Botox, which I've had multiple times with other MDs over the past 5 years. My most recent Botox provider (an MD) was on vacation, so I took a chance and saw Dr. Darm. The office staff was friendly but the waiting room was very crowded.\r Dr. Darm injected 30 units of Botox, and on the last spot just under my eye it really hurt, and he said ""Uh-oh, I hit something."" He then scurred out of the treatment room as fast as he could, after handing me a gauze bandage to hold pressure on the spot. His office assistant was there and I got up to look in the mirror and could see a huge bruise already forming, and swelling! I asked what they could give me for the swelling and she said, ""we have a product that can help with that, it costs $25."" I said, well since Dr Darm caused the problem, can't you just give it to me?\r The assistant said ""maybe I can get you some samples"" and left the room. When she returned she had several foil packets and told me to take them home and use them. She also recommended ice packs for the bruised area under my eye.\r When I got home I read the packet information and saw that they had ""Expiration dates"" of a year ago! I called their office to ask for a current product, but they said they didn't have any. They also said ""it's OK to use an expired product.""\r I asked for a credit for the $300 charge and they refused, saying ""there's always a chance of bruising, it's in the release that you signed.""\r I guess the thing that bothers me the most is that Dr Darm KNEW that he'd injected into a blood vessel but he didn't even apologize for doing so .. he just said ""Uh oh"" and kept singing to the music that was on the sound system, and scurried out without another word. My eye was bruised for the next 10 days!\r I'd never go back again, or recommend this facility to anyone who cares about how they're treated. more

Dr. Darm made me feel comfortable and as if what I wanted was very important. Like that one on one time you provide. Good job! His consultant made me comfortable too and listened to my concerns very attentive and informative. The girls at the front are always very friendly and willing to work with me. Scheduling is accommodating. I come a long way to get here and it was nice to have treatment work back to back and at the time I needed. My technician was very engaging. Easy to talk to and makes me very comfortable. Also very informative about what she is doing and what to do to maintain. The treatment was quite enjoyable almost as if I were getting a spa treatment. more

The front office staff is always pleasant and helpful. She is patient when I can’t make up my mind on scheduling. My technician is wonderful, friendly and always positive. She listens to my concerns and makes me feel like she cares. I love coming here for my facial needs. Thank you. Overall thank you for employing wonderful people. I am currently a patient at your Aesthetic Medicine office in Tigard undergoing lipo and laser treatments.\r Please accept my congratulations for having such a truly professional and competent operation. I am extremely pleased and satisfied with your staff and the care which I have received thus far. I must admit that I had my mole doubts about entering into the feminine domain of cosmetic surgery/care and the general world of aesthetic medicine. What pleasant surprise when I walked in Aesthetic Medicine’s office and was immediately put at ease by the friendly attitude of everyone with whom I encountered and interacted. In fact, I actually thought that each one of those woman could be a “Miss Congeniality” at the Miss America Contest! Dr. Darm, that’s a great asset for a staff to possess.\r Now some individual kudos. First of all, the doctor and her staff made my introduction to lipo as pleasant as possible. I must admit that I was somewhat apprehensive at the beginning of the procedure but by the end I had gained total faith and confidence in their abilities. \r Also, last week I began laser treatments with Jessica who again turned out to be extremely competent and knowledgeable for one so young. I felt like my objectives were met with the LipoLift procedure. It jump shared my exercise and diet program. I have lost 20 lbs. and kept it off as a result of the procedure, diet, and exercise regimen. I feel great and look great. more

Front desk staff good, Liz great! I felt lied to and when I wanted to discuss other options with Dr. Darm and made an appointment with him, he was suddenly busy and I spoke with another woman who enjoys her gum very much, as she could care less about what I had to say. As we compared the first pictures and the now...and clearly no change could be seen, still no care of concern or effort was made to help in this situation. I am out no less than $4,000.00, and nothing to show for it. Sad but true!! I will not recommend them again. Very disappointed. I didnt want my money back, I just wanted to see some results of the procedure, which was a laser lift. STAY AWAY!! NOT A GOOD BUSINESS!! Pros: sorry none... Cons: Procedure not affective, very poor customer service! more

Welcoming, get to know you by name. Scheduling check-in is great. Sometimes hectic & confusing, but appointments are kept on-time or within 5 minutes. Have worked around my schedule. Always get reminder calls. Technician explains procedures, friendly and personable. They are all awesome, compassionate, caring, & the follow is great. Great sense of humor too! My entire experience with everyone in the office, front desk, surgery (and support) technicians are all awesome! more
