Aerotech Gutter Svc-St Louis

I have a large 1 story ranch. Aerotech charges me $100 per cleaning 2 times a year and the price has went up a bit over the past several years that I have been a customer since 2009. The cleanings have went off without a hitch and the one time that I had an issue they did send someone right back out. All in all I highly recommend! I have referred my parents to them as well!! more

I had Aerotech replace our gutters and also add a new downspout where we had never had one before, but it was needed. They left gravely roof debris and tons of old nails & screws in my driveway, likely from when they were removing the old gutters. Would it have killed them to throw a drop cloth down, or bring a metal-detector to make sure they got all the tire hazards up? Instead we couldn't park in our driveway or the garage, and I was out, hunched-over and policing my driveway for sharps for 3 days. Every time I looked I found another. I counted, and over the course of 3 days I picked up over 150 assorted sized nails and screws, some rusty & old, some new. I did not get any instant flat tires, but since this I have had to replace one flat tire (sidewall) and now have a slow-leak tire. I mainly drive my car 3 places... so I doubt it's coincidence. more

My experience with Aerotech has been absolutely horrible. I paid to have one cleaning and then signed up for a year's service, which included 2 gutter cleanings. The first cleaning was okay. However, they were 3 months LATE on the second cleaning. My gutters were so clogged with leaves that they overflowed and caused damage to the interior of my house. My contractor called them himself to explain what was happening, and it still took them another MONTH to come out to clean. And even then, they did such a HORRIBLE job that I, myself, got up on a ladder two weeks after they supposedly cleaned and removed handfuls of debris clogging my downspout. To make matters worse, I just discovered another area that was so clogged that water poured out behind and has damaged my window and the wall beneath. I question whether they cleaned my gutters at all and wouldn't be surprised to find out that they just stuck their flag in my yard and billed me without doing a thing. I even sent a letter to the president of the company expressing my unhappiness, but had no reply. more

This company promises ""hassle-free"" service and what they really mean is, ""we'll give you service on our terms and you won't even know the difference."" They came to do my Fall gutter-cleaning on a 70-degree day when my gutters were clean, before a single leaf had fallen off the trees. They left no notification, so I didn't find out that they were here until I called them over a month later. That was when they told me that my ""30-day guarantee"" had expired, regardless of the fact that I had no clue that they were here. They also came during a different month than what is stated on my contract. When I called to voice my complaint about all this and asked to speak to a manager, I was denied. I was also denied any type of compensation despite the fact that they broke contract. Cons: don't hold to contract, no notification of service, no follow-through on customer service more
