After a recent flight from Las Vegas we found that our baggage was not on our flight...We filed a missing baggage claim and received a call the following morning from Mary at Aero Delivery to inform us that she would be delivering our baggage in the afternoon..When it arrived I found that everything we had packed was untouched and secure as we had packed it...Thanks for your expedient and effecient delivery service...It was most appreciated...Thanks again.. No loss controls, hours late, missing valuable items 11/23/2008

Aero delivered a delayed bag from Detroit Wayne County airport (DTW) to Ann Arbor, and was over 4 hours past the time they said. Once it arrived, we found it was missing a valuable item, worth about $300. The company has no controls over its drivers aside from background checks and verbal assurance they do not open bags. Well, TSA didn't open it, and the airline claims they didn't either. Aero's service attitude was deplorable and they have no controls to ensure their drivers don't steal items between taking control of bags and delivering them. They even admit to thousands of items being reported stolen during their time delivering bags from DTW, without any reasonable evidence to prove they are not doing the stealing. Long and short, shady folks with no control. NEVER LET AERO DELIVER YOUR BAG! GET IT YOURSELF! Cons: Late service, stolen / missing items, no loss controls, terrible customer service more

HORRIBLE! 2/17/2008

After a flight in from Atlanta, my baggage was delayed by Delta. The baggage arrived at 10:30pm on February 14th and picked up that same night by Aero Delivery. It is currently 2pm on February 17th and I still do not have my luggage. I have called delta 20+ times, but they cant do anything since this stupid company already has it. They keep saying I will get it within 12 hours, but it has been over 60 hours and I still dont have it. HORRIBLE COMPANY! Delta gave me their number, but they wont even answer their phone. I think the service of this delievery company leaves much to be desired. The office is not open for calls; it does not respond to personal notes left on its answering machine and in general-it is a Key Stone Cops Opperation."" more
