Aero delivered a delayed bag from Detroit Wayne County airport (DTW) to Ann Arbor, and was over 4 hours past the time they said. Once it arrived, we found it was missing a valuable item, worth about $300. The company has no controls over its drivers aside from background checks and verbal assurance they do not open bags. Well, TSA didn't open it, and the airline claims they didn't either. Aero's service attitude was deplorable and they have no controls to ensure their drivers don't steal items between taking control of bags and delivering them. They even admit to thousands of items being reported stolen during their time delivering bags from DTW, without any reasonable evidence to prove they are not doing the stealing. Long and short, shady folks with no control. NEVER LET AERO DELIVER YOUR BAG! GET IT YOURSELF!
Cons: Late service, stolen / missing items, no loss controls, terrible customer service
