Got my 100k Service done here. Their prices are fair and they do it in a timely manner. Hopefully I dont, but I definitely will be back for my next service/problem

They're trying to rob you blind 3/14/2012

Came in to get new muffler mounts for my Audi because it was making this horrible rattling noise, was told by the owner of AE German that I needed a new muffler and that it would cost $500. I didn't believe them so I had Pep Boys check it out, it turned out that I didn't need a new muffler or mounts at all. There was a support bracket that was welded to my muffler that had snapped and had been banging against my muffler making an intolerable sound. The manager at Pep Boys said to take it downtown and get it welded back for $20 and I did.\r I hope this guy goes out of business. more

I have been coming to this shop for about 7 years now, and they have never let me down. I don't know why it's taken me so long to write a review about them. People have to know about their amazing work and great prices! This is definitely the shop to go to for maintenance or repairs on any German car. more

As far as high end cars go, they do the best service. I don't drive my old Porsche around as much since I got my new car, but when she needs work done, I only come here. more

These guys are the real deal 10/18/2011

These guys are the real deal. Honest, high quality repairs. Takes the time to explain things. Took incredible care of my garbage heap 1993 Buick Skylark. He was totally professional even though my car was a joke. Other shops gave me ridiculous estimates and tried to get me to pay for tons of repairs I didn't need. They charge a fair price and is extremely helpful. more

Highly recommended 10/11/2011

I have taken my 1985 380 SL to them 3 times now. I have never been more satisfied with the work or the price as with these guys. I highly recommend anyone with a German automobile to bring it to AE. These guys are great! more

AE German Car Service have given me many reasons to come back. They consistently come through with great service and great prices! If something goes wrong with my car, I can bring it in, with a moments notice. They know what they're doing and have fun doing it. Their service is outstanding and they are kind and professional in their demeanor. more

My BMW 545i had a low coolant light came on. I had called Santa Monica BMW and they said they were going to charge me for coolant and to put it in. Plus they needed me to make an appointment. But here at AE German, they let me bring the car in right away even though they were busy, filled the coolant for my car, filled my windshield wiper fluid had me out of there in 10 mins. I asked them how much and they said that it was free. I have been here before and the service was great as well. I highly recommend it. more

Thanks again! AE German has exceeded my expectations. They tell me what is necessary repair and don't try to sell me on other services that I don't need. I know I can rely on them to take very good care of my car at a reasonable rate. more

Great Service 5/20/2011
