Very Kid-Friendly 12/20/2010

As a dental hygienist myself, I know the importance of dental care for kids. My daughter has been going to Adventure Smiles since she was one year old. She loves it there and so do I. Dr. Richardson and his staff are kind, gentle, and efficient. I highly recommend their office for kids from infant to teen. more

Quick and easy check up & cleaning! The whole staff is so good to and with my young children! 12/15/2010

Dr. Richardson is so gentle and so fast that my 2yr. old doesn't even have time to get upset. The entire staff is so kind and make the kids feel very comfortable! My 4yr. old loves visiting the dentist because he can play video games while he waits, watch TV during the cleaning, and he gets a toy at the end! Can't imagine taking my kids anywhere else! more

embarrassing assistant 11/10/2010

I visited Adventure Smiles on recommendation of a friend. The office was clean and pleasant. Dr. Richardson was very good as I had heard. His assistant, Tara, however was completely obnoxious and embarrassing. I think, that this person does not take its place. Dr. Richardson, your office is classy, your assistant is trashy. more

My children ALWAYS look forward to coming to see Dr. Richardson. They love how they can play video games, and watch movies while you take care of their teeth. For me as a parent, the staff is so encouraging and patient. I love the atmosphere and how the office is decorated with a Safari theme. It makes going to the dentist fun for even us adults. :) more

The doctor and staff seem very friendly and caring. I took my son to Adventure Smiles for his very first dentist appointment and he loved it! My son is usually anxious around new people but the staff was wonderful with him. I've never seen him so relaxed during an appointment! more

  • Dr. Gary Richardson is a unique kind of dentist. With his kid-oriented style and fun personality, he gets children excited about their dental care, helping them develop healthy habits that will last a lifetime. After earning his doctorate from Creighton School of Dentistry in Omaha in 1993, Dr. Richardson learned that he particularly enjoyed helping children develop healthy smiles. This led him to complete a pediatric residency at the University of Nebraska Medical center in 1995, earning status as a specialist in pediatric dentistry. Each year, Dr. Richardson continues to study advanced children's dentistry, especially in the areas of child behavior management and sedation dentistry. Most importantly, he takes the time to get to know each child personally, communicating with parents and children to create a lifetime of great smiles.
