Outstanding in all ways! 8/26/2010

My children and I recently located to Las Vegas from Chicago, and this was our first visit to Dr. Richardson's office. I have been a mother for 17 years, and have been taking my three boys to the dentist for a very long time. Dr. Richardson and his staff are the best dental professionals my children have ever seen. The entire office was sparkling clean and decorated in an amazing jungle decor, with many fun activities for the children to enjoy while waiting for their appointments, and while getting their teeth done! The receptionist at the front desk was friendly, and was able to answer any questions I had. The staff has an wide knowledge of dentistry, and explained things to my children in a way they could understand. Dr. Richardson was wonderful with my boys, and seemed genuinely concerned with my children's dental needs. The amount of time spent with all of us by the whole staff, was what I would call a five star office. I would highly recommend Adventure Smiles to anyone who wants a fantastic dentist and staff for their children! more

Amazing 8/20/2010

From the moment we walked in I felt that I was in great hands. They took care of everything for me. They explained pricing, and procedures. When my daughter had to get fillings in her teeth teeth they explained things in a fun way so she wasn't scared. I was totally in awe of how great they were. I would highly recommend Adventure Smiles to anyone I know. more

Pretty painless 8/16/2010

Once we were called back, the visit was quick and they tried to ease my child's fears. It did take 30 min after the appt time to get called back. more

Such a relaxed atmosphere. This was the best trip to the dentist my son has had to date. The dentist and his assistants made sure my son was comfortable throughout the whole procedure. Very positive experience! more

Fabulously Kid Friendly 8/4/2010

Dr Richardson and his entire staff are professional and respectful to parents and have incredible bedside manners to the kids. My daughter was not in the least bit frightened about her upcoming tooth extractions because she actually has enjoyed every single visit to the Adventure Smiles office! They are patient and sensitive and it shows in their choice of equipment - right down to the Disney videos playing above the exam chairs. I would highly recommend Dr Richardson and his staff for all children needing dental care - you will not find better! more

Staff is very patient and understanding. I loved filling out all paperwork on a computer instead of writing it down. Dr. R explained things so "I" could understand them. more

Everyone was very nice and efficient. Despite a full waiting room, our wait time was minimal, and my kids had a blast playing with the video game in the waiting room. The staff is friendly, and was great with my kids(who are both quite young). We really appreciate the laid-back environment, and feel that helped our kids feel relaxed, and the staff to be able to do their job. more

We have been going To Adventure Smiles for a couple years now. Never have anything but the BEST treatment from ALL the staff. Kind to the children, and easy to understand explanations for the parents. Plus, they tell you and the children what to expect at the next visit... BEST DENTIST EVER!!!! more

Cavity Correction and Fill 7/15/2010

My son and I went to Adventure Smiles yesterday to have a cavity fixed and a filling applied. I was very nervous for my son at first, but after being in the office, my nerves were relieved. This staff and dentist are absolutely amazing. The way that the staff worked with my son made me feel completely at ease; both the staff members and Dr. Gary show great compassion and really care about their little patients. My son was treated with complete respect and his tooth looks amazing. When he woke up this morning he happily asked me if he could 'please go to the dentist today'. I am completely satisfied with this team and I am so grateful for the care that they provided for us. Thanks Dr. Gary! more

With his kid-oriented style and fun personality, he gets children excited about their dental care, helping them develop healthy habits that will last a lifetime. After earning his doctorate from Creighton School of Dentistry in Omaha in 1993, Dr. Richardson learned that he particularly enjoyed helping children develop healthy smiles. This led him to complete a pediatric residency at the University of Nebraska Medical center in 1995, earning status as a specialist in pediatric dentistry. Each year, Dr. Richardson continues to study advanced children's dentistry, especially in the areas of child behavior management and sedation dentistry. Most importantly, he takes the time to get to know each child personally, communicating with parents and children to create a lifetime of great smiles.
