I went to get prices and info on the Mule. I walked around the entire store, walked out and into the parts building, and back into the show room...and never got a hello, can I help you, NOTHING. I waited next to the sales desk and a sales rep was on the phone talking about the upcoming weekend, a girl was next to him drawing and never looked up until the other phone rang. I walked to another desk and two gentlemen where talking about insurance. I finally ask for some help and he sent me to the guy on the phone.\r \r Needless to say I got the info, but will never return. I went to IN to purchase my new Mule. more

I bought a new CBR there only because they were the only dealership outside of Louisville that had what I was looking for. \r \r I waited staring at my soon-to-be bike thinking that someone in sales might approach me. This was not the case. After waiting around for several minutes I finally asked the front desk (receptionist?) if they could help me out. They paged sales but no one showed up.\r \r It took me two days to buy my bike and not once did they apologize. THe bike had their store decal on the windshield and I made them take it off (which they said they wouldn't do so I told them that it was a no deal...they quickly changed their minds but were very rude about it)\r \r I will never go to this place again.... ever! I've only been to this dealer once to lok and once to buy. But, I drove from Lexington times to do it. The staff was very curtious, professional and helpful but not bothersome or overbearing. I liked it! I also got the best deal, Trade-in and Purchase I've ever received. I would drive back to deal with Steve and George again tomorrow to buy a bike. Pros: Relaxed experience and Professioanl staff Cons: 90 miles from Lexington more

I went to this place hearing it was a good place to go...I had been looking around for a good minute and no one offered to help me. I finally interacted with one of the staff, and all they said was hi. Didnt ask I needed help, just stared at me as if I was going to steal something. I felt very uncomfortable, and could not shop, so I had to leave along with my buisness. more
