I made the mistake of taking my 2003 Kawasaki Voyager to this dealership the first week in May to get my forks repaired. While I had the bike there I decided to have the dealership do a "major service" to get the bike ready for the summer riding season. The bike was there for two weeks when the promise date passed. When I called to inquire about my bike, I was told they didn't have it fixed because they didn't have the repair manual. When I finally got the bike back, I rode it home and it appeared to run a little rough but I only live 3 or 4 miles away so I couldn't really judge the performance. When I finally tried to ride the bike was missing on 1 cylinder. I thought there might be a loose plug wire or something, so I removed some covers and found my rear brake fluid low and the dust and dirt in the brake reservoir. I then realized I had paid $700 for a service that was not completed, so I took the bike back to the dealership to fix the problem. When I talked to the Service Manager he made the excuse that the fluid would be low because the brake pads were wearing and that it was normal. "BS" the fluid was below the low level limit. After my bike had been in the shop for another week I tried to call about the status. I called for several days and no one in the service department would return my calls. I finally went to the dealership and asked the Service Manager what the status of the repair. He told me he had told some tech to call me to find out what my complaints were. I informed him that I told the service writer what my complaint were and that it was his job to ensure that I was contacted, whether or not he had told someone else to do it.. I realized that by this time they had not touched my bike. He said that they would diagnose the problem and would call me that day. They didn't. I give up
