I've been going to Advantage Auto Repair for three or four years. They are reliable with their prices. They are responsible, too. Whatever they say they will do, they get done!

Exceptionally fast 2/19/2014

I was really pleased with my experience using Advantage Auto Repair. The staff was really friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. Oscar is really on top of his stuff. Even when they were pretty busy, I brought my car in and they were able to look at it and diagnose the problem immediately. They fixed my radiator for a really good price. It was the best deal in town. Their workmanship was excellent and they didn't try to up-sell me. I'd strongly recommend them if you need a honest and proficient mechanic. more

Excellent 1/22/2014

I really liked my experience with Advantage Auto Repair. They were very accommodating, quick, and efficient. I also liked that everyone was very courteous. They fixed the radiator in my car for me with great care. The price was pretty reasonable for all the work that I had done. All in all, everyone there was extremely helpful and I'd strongly recommend their services. more

Superb 1/21/2014

My son's car wasn't working so I took it in to Advantage Auto Repair and they fixed it up really quickly and did not even bother to charge me. Wonderful service from a wonderful crew. more

Advantage goes the extra mile and treats the customer well. 10/15/2013

One main thing about Advantage Auto Repair & Transmissions is the fact that they really do give extra service. Another part is the congeniality of Oscar himself. He goes out of his way to make customers feel comfortable while they're waiting in his lobby. This includes Netflix, Internet service, and coffee to-order. Oscar is a friendly guy all around. more

Quick and reasonable service. 9/24/2013

Perfect is hard to reach, but I've had a good experience with Advantage Auto Repair & Transmission. I've been to their shop a couple times. The first time was for an easy repair and he let me know right away. The second was pretty costly, but he got the job done pretty quickly. He always gets me out pretty fast without me having to go back. So it's been a good experience. He'll work with you and help you if you need to find parts. You can do it together. He will work with you on getting your car back on the road. With the payments, it doesn't always have to be all paid that day. I would recommend them. more

This is the first time I've ever used Advantage Auto Repair & Transmission. I had a very good experience for my first time. I had the transmission rebuilt and he had to put in all new motor mounts, an oil pan gasket, and a rear main seal. I had quite a bit of work done. It worked out really well and the car's running good now. I've had no problems with it. Oscar explained everything to me. He was really in depth and told me what it was going to cost. There was no hidden agenda; everything was upfront. I would recommend them. I got real good service and everything. He was recommended to me by somebody else. He's going to get future business from me too. more

Good mechanics are hard to find, I'm luck I found Oscar 8/16/2013

I had no problems at all with Advantage. They were very expedient and very timely. I have no complaints at all. They were recommended to me by one of my very good friend and I would recommend them to my very good friends as well. It's so hard to a caring and efficient mechanic and I feel really lucky that someone would put me in touch with Oscar. more

In the past I've gone to them for free AC checks. They checked mine and found a leak, but I did not get it fixed with them. They have replaced a radiator fan for me. They were very negotiable and very friendly. They walked me through everything and gave me the best idea on how to save money. more

Leaking coolant 5/3/2013

My engine coolant was leaking. They found the leak and I asked them to change the oil while they were at it. The previous 'good deal' oil change had done shoddy work, over tightened the oil pan plug, that promptly stripped and broke. Oscar fixed the error(shortcut?) the other garage had made, and replaced the radiator that was leaking. I found Oscar very knowledgeable and confidant about what was the problem, what possible repairs where available and what the best/cost effective longterm solution was. more

Very happy with the experience. 4/25/2013

I went in to get some work done on my transmission. It turned out my transmission didn't need work and there were some other things causing the problems. He fixed the other problems and my car seems to be working very well. more

Advantage installed a new air conditioning compressor for our car. They seem to be honest. He did the work in a timely fashion, and was very helpful with everything that they did for our car. more

Our transmission went out, Advantage were really good in helping us find a new one. The wait was a little long, but the service was really good. Oscar was wonderful to work with, he told us things outright and his first concern was always safety. more

Everything went great. 9/26/2012

I just went in because I was having some problems with my cooling unit. When I was at Advantage I had them replace the cooling system, so the water pump, radiator, thermostat, and a few hoses. They did a good job, it took a little longer than I thought it would because I understand nothing goes perfect with mechanic work. I drove the car all the way around town with no problems after. more

Very thorough 5/7/2012

I like the way Oscar handles the shop at Advantage Auto Repair and Transmissions. He has been tracking down some difficult problems on my car and he is actually able to stick with the job until it is thoroughly diagnosed and fixed. I have used them twice for my car and would go back again. more

We had a break in the water line to the radiator and we took the car to Advantage Auto Repair & Transmissions. They repaired it. They took over without any questions and they made me feel comfortable from the beginning. The service was exactly what they said they would do, exactly when they said they would do it. The repair has been fine ever since. more
