All seemed to have been on a good track until the technician, who I believe turns out is the owner of the company didn't show up for our noon appointment. At 12:30, I call inquiring when I was told the office cancelled my appointment because the day before I had called to verify the cost of the service. The employee was very apologetic and offered to correct the situation as best she could. She connected me with the owner who then rescheduled to what I understood that he was going to fit me in after his 3 pm appointment, which turns out to have been he meant at 3. Miscommunication, I can understand, after all, I wasted my time sitting at my home waiting on no one to show up, after a miscommunication. The icing is when the owner, Kevin, talked to his office after we called to reschedule, he indicated that since he's over an hour away from us, there would be a $150 travel charge. This being totally contradictory to what we've been told the last 24 hours. Google maps, says their office is approximately just over 9 miles from our home - I don't know what route he takes or how he drives, but it's never taken me over an hour to get to Grandview. Apparently the adage is true. You can't trust people further than you can throw them. I am choosing to go with a more expensive alternative. Thanks for the stellar customer service, Kevin.\r

Also interesting that their only review here appears to be from the owner of the company.
