Second, the crew that installed the windows were the best you could ask for. I don't think you will find many installations that they did that people aren't satisfied with. I got competitve bids before deciding which company to use, and Advanced Window Products was comparable to the others. Their price was right on the mark, no higher than Lowe's. We had hired Lowe's previously to do our first 4 windows, and did not have a good experience with them, which was why we decided to use Advanced Window Products this time around. My husband wanted to use a company that had been in business for a long time and had good reviews. Most importantly, we wanted to know that they cared. We were very impressed with how the crew treated and behaved in our house and how well they cleaned up. The installers were excellent. They used a process that tapped out the glass instead of smashing it, so there was no glass debris around the perimeter of the house, which we appreciated. While the crew was there, the owner called to make sure that they had arrived and to see how the work was going. The fact that he cared enough to check in was impressive. After the work was completed, he even sent a handwritten Thank You card with his business card attached. We are 100-percent satisfied with Advanced Window Products and have already recommended them. It was an excellent experience. more
