We replaced west facing windows in the kitchen and windows in the den. The windows are great and I was extremely pleased with the installers, they were great. It doesn't get better than this! I replaces 18 windows in early September 2011. I did quite a bit of research with all the companies advertised on radio. Not one of them came close to the product offered by Advanced Windows. Their website is the only one out there that gives you all the numbers and ratings on efficiency ratings. They spell out the numbers in black and white. None of the competition does this because the competition offers an inferior product. I recommend anyone educate yourself on this website and compare them to another business you may believe to be just as good. You will be amazed at the differences. The windows I choose look awesome on my home. They are measured to fit the openings like a tailored suit. There are no thick bulky frames to eat up the gaps in space. Every window looks great and I watched the entire process from start to finish. The Techs are professionals with a great deal of experience. I was amazed how they remove the old windows and frames and prep for the new ones. When they are done it looks like it was built that way. They have a fantastic full warranty that is on the website and you can read it before you purchase. You can print it out too. This company has been in business over 20 years and has an outstanding rating by BBB. Like I said, this Business is the best one shop stop you will do! When I called Philip made an appointment to come out to my home. Philip was extremely knowledgeable, he handled all my questions to my satisfaction. In short, windows are a major improvement on your home. Do it right and you will begin to save money on heat and air cooling. There is no doubt it had added greater value to my home. After meeting and taking bids from three major window companies, we decided to have ADVANCED WINDOW PRODUCTS (RWP)replace fourteen of our fifty year old windows with new custom vinyl double-pane gas filled windows. Included in the fourteen were two bay windows and one garden window. Our decision was based on several factors. AWP repersentive Phillip Wright was very knowledgeable of the window replacement process. Not only did he answer all of our questions and explained the replacement process but offered suggestions to address our needs and concerns. The vinyl window product he offered was equal to that of the other window companies. The entire replacement cost was very fair and less then the other bids. We were very pleased with the Lifetime Warranty on the windows and glass breakage and fifteen year labor warranty. This was all put in writing and RWP would make all future repairs at no cost to us. Last but not least, RWP installers, Bill and Mike, did a super job on installing the windows. They were very professional with a good attitude and made every effort to insure the installation was done correctly and to our satisfaction. more

I would like you to know, I love the New Windows from Advanced Window Products. The Windows Changed the appearance of the House from mundane to a Grand looking Palace. The Color, Style, and overall Features & Benefits of Windows are the Best I've seen. I especially admire the Picture Window, It gives the House a Royal look. When it came to totally redoing all of the windows in my parents two-story house, I really did my due diligence and did some serious research. I got three bids and interviewed each of them. Even though AWP Advanced Window Products offered excellent and competitive pricing, the deciding factor was when we went to look at a neighbor's windows AWP had installed. The installations were clean and neat. The quality of the windows and work really blew us away and convinced us to hire them. We have been extremely satisfied with the quality of the windows. The level of quietness is unreal. We can no longer hear anything from the outside world. My father recently commented that he used to be able to hear the neighbor's television, and now nothing. The peace inside is amazing. Also, the windows slide easily and are energy efficient. The workers were very professional and courteous. They worked quickly and efficiently. They were also careful to put everything back into place just as it was when they arrived. They were helpful, completely trustworthy and such a pleasure to work with. I was very impressed from the salesman who came out to get details of what was needed to the excellent installers who put the windows in. The product is top rate. I lowered my inside temp by at least 5 degrees and the house is the quietest it's ever been. The response I got when I called and said I had broken a window and could they fix it for me. Not only did I get fast repair service but they honored their warranty by not charging me for the repair. It's rare to find such an honest and honorable company these days. more

I was so impressed with the initial consult. I could not believe that these guys were just as professional and gracious as before we made the decision to go with AWP. Not only are the windows beautiful but I could not believe how much our house has cooled down. We got the windows in March. It wasn't hot then so it was less humid but not a huge difference. I am not lying when I say our light bill has went down 130.00 dollors last month and 125.00 this month even as hot as it has been. Best money we ever spent! more

We had Philip come out to give us an estimate, and he was very friendly and informative. He was not interested in selling us windows we didn't need (ie, double hung windows for our one story house), and helped us decide on style and color. Their price was extremely competitive. It only took about 3-4 weeks after ordering the windows before they were installed. The crew was very professional, and worked well together (they've obviously worked together for awhile -- no day laborers here!). We are confident that if we ever have a problem, AWP will be quick to fix it. Really nice people, and a great product. The windows do an amazing job at blocking noise, and we can't wait to see what they will do to lower our electricity bills! more
