The company I work for had a major glitch in their system and needed assistance asap. I called Advanced and they sent a tech right over. There is no question that their goal is to help at an affordable price. We will remain a loyal client of theirs and pass along the word. more

I recently opened my own business and I needed the works from equipment to server support and everything in between. Advanced Networks guided me through it all. Great server repair! 10/14/2010

We had multiple laptop issues from server connection failures to ones involving touch pad mice. Advanced Nerworks was able to fix these problems quickly and efficiently. The IT firm responded to our urgent call, arrived onsite within an hour and fixed our tech issues a short term later. We recommend companies get Tech Support 4 NYC's free network assessment, as it helped us correct several issues we did not know existed. more

Best IT Support 10/12/2010

When our servers initially acted up, we ignored it as a glitch in the system. After the second and third time, we were forced to scour the Web for a top-notch server support company, one that could handle several servers and potentially other tech support work. Fortunately, we found Advanced Networks and have yet to look back...what a pleasure dealing with their tech support staff. I highly recommend Server Support Company to anyone in need of tech support. more

Performed my Directory Services Migration Flawlessly. Gave us invaluable counseling and technical assitance when we needed to set up some workers to work from home and other offices while still meeting regulatory compliance requirements. We call on them to advise us when we are making changes to our network. This company has continued to impress me on their breadth of knowledge and understanding of new best practices. I am a small business owner and I have used Advanced Networks for both small and large IT issues. They provided service with maximum efficieny with no inconvience to my business. In most cases they were able to send a technician the same day that I requested service which helped to keep my business running smoothly.
