Highly recommended 11/21/2011

They are organized and very professional. I took my computer in because of a hard drive crash. They explained the problem in clear terms and were able to recover my data at a fraction of the cost of other quotes I received. It is no wonder they have so many positive reviews out there. \r more

Quick & Cheap Virus Removal 10/28/2011

I needed to get rid of annoying popups. They would redirect me to virus removal websites. So irritating! I also couldn't open my programs which was definitely a problem! I was able to drop off my laptop and they got rid of my popups and viruses in the same day and for much cheaper than I expected. I'll definitely call them again. more

I loved that fact that I was just an ordinary person with a virus issue and they came to my home to fix it. I didn't have to be a huge business to get immediate attention. My computer was up and running in a hour. They made my experience a very pleasant one. more

All you need for your tech issues 10/18/2011

I called in because my computer crashed. They gave me a free consult and a very reasonable quote so I can chose whether I wanted to go with them. I am very happy I chose them because my comp was fixed the next day, working better than ever and I didn't have to dip into my life savings. I refer them to all my friends and family. more

I love the fact that no matter if your a medium size business needing round the clock support or just an individual asking for advice, they treat you the same. They treat you like family and aim to help. I started out as a walk in for laptop issues and ended up referring them to my boss. We've been using them for a long time now and refer them to all who need IT services. more

It's been several years and many computers later and they've all been serviced by the Advanced Networks crew with great results. I whole heartedly recommend them to colleagues and friends. They've worked both on my PCs and my Macs. They have diagnosed and fixed the problems each time. They have even gone out of their way to meet on weekends and after hours when I needed my computer back right away. The price has always been fair too.\r \r more

All the positive reviews are true. the techs are incredibly knowledgeable.I had a hardware problem with an old laptop and they were able to diagnose and fix the problem very quickly.
