I have been seeing Barbara for about 3 months :) She has made me feel really welcome and comfortable. I am in the process of getting my face and arm pits lasered/ The results are amazing, I wish I had done this years ago!! I was always nervous that I would breakout or get a rash, but I have had no negative results whatsoever! The staff will help you decide what treatments would be best for your and believe me they are all within reasonable prices! I recently had my first appointment for an IPL. Francine was EXCELLENT, she clearly knows this business from top to bottom! I have had this treatment elsewhere and now know I was not getting the full benefit of the treatment while paying way too much!\r The location is great with plenty of free parking, easily accessible off the highway, and the office environment is beautiful!\r The staff all have advanced training and the years needed to assess what the client needs. Francine and Advanced Electrology (as her business was called when I first met her) were recommended to me by my daughter about twenty years ago, and I've been an extremely satisfied client ever since! There were times when I didn't need a treatment for quite some time; but whenever I called, Francine always made time for me. About 6 months ago I had 3 Fraxel treatments to my full face for acne scarring. I was depressed because I had acne and alot of acne scarring. The nurse made me very comfortable and reassured. The treatment was performed by a Registered Nurse who was fantastic. All treatments were performed by the same nurse. She always followed up with me the next day and gave me her cell phone number should I have any questions in the evening or on weekends. Now, my skin is much smoother and I am so much more confident. Great experience. Friendly staff and lovely office. Everyone from the front desk to all the professional staff, mostly Registered Nurses and Medical Estheticians, couldn't have been nicer. I went for electrolysis here 3 times for both upper lip and brows - each time I left with at least one small bruise (black & blue later to turn yellow) even though I was told that it was an "accident" and not normal. One time it was right before my sis's wedding when I begged the esthetician to be careful after which I left with a bruise at least a 1/2 inch round (thank GOD for makeup!). What I didn't realize through this process was that I was also getting skin discoloration - similar to sunspots on my upper lip. After the 2nd visit I thought maybe, but "blamed" it on the lights. After the 3rd there really is no denying it - I have darker spots of skin on my uppder lip from this treatment! I've been told that this is a side effect of doing electrolysis incorrectly. I'm very disappointed and now worse than worrying about upper lip hairs I now have to find a way to fix the dark spots on my skin!!! more

This place is the best. Ihave all positive things to say. It's so very clean, you could have a treatment lying down on the floor. The staff is professional, happy (they truly LOVE what they do and where they work) very caring. And they're so fantastic at what they do you instantaly trust them and relax. I've had various treatments done at other places in the past but that sometimes turned out to be a horror show. I have been in good care of Francine the owner. Barbara as well for many years. I know how much care and how they truly feel for your situation. They will work hard to better your life and their goals are only care and thought to all their clients. They always have wonderful prices so clients can get the best of what they have to offer. I am so very pleased at my results. I had gone to another place before finding advanced laser care. I had scars from a previous electrolosis. Barbara & Francine worked with me and corrected all the pain I had been through. I thought I was going to never feel pretty ever again with scars on my eyes. My self confidence was not there anymore. After seeing Barbara & Francine they changed all that. I became beautiful and they took all the scars away. I could afford to keep going back becasue their prices were extreamly affordable. From there they had done laser hair removal on my bikini. I had micro derm after the birth of my first child. I had huge welts from the pregnancy....very bad acne. I started seeing the owner for electrology on my face 20 years ago when she was working at another location. Since then, she has advanced her skills with all of the latest equipment and treatments and has built up her business to the Advanced Laser and Skin Care Center. Her laser hair removal on my legs was ""life alternating"" for me and she has also worked on my face with fantastic photofacial treatments.
