No one likes having a root canal. But if you must have one, I would highly recommend Dr Stuart and her exceptional team of talented professionals. All I can say is ""Wow!"" From the moment you enter their very clean office and talk to their friendly reception staff that actually care that you're in pain, you feel completely welcomed and at ease. Next, you will receive a shock as Dr. Stuart's young team of ""professionals in training"" (and some of the nicest people I have had the pleasure of meeting) get you relaxed and prep you to be cared for by Dr. Stuart, who has the unique gift of letting you know...""I am going to fix you....stop the pain...and heal you!"" (and she will also make you laugh). She worked me into her schedule & salvaged my long awaited waterfront vacation that was a day away, & fixed me! Thank you, Dr Stuart! Advanced Endocare is topnotch from Miranda at the front desk, to Laura in billing to Dr. Stuart and her patient care team! The offices are comfortable and all staff members are helpful and friendly. Getting an appointment, whether it be for an emergency or a scheduled procedure, is simple with lots of options and available dates/times. Staff are very caring and treat you with a non-judgemental attitude/approach. They are great at easing worries, fears and anxieties! Dr. Stuart and her team got me through a root canal free of discomfort/pain. It was a pleasant experience and I no longer feel anxious about dental care! I carry two dental plans and the billing/payment process has been worry free. Any questions/concerns have been answered and, without asking, I have received phone calls to update me on the billing process. I recommend Advanced Endocare to all! more

These people are nice until you need them to send you paperwork to file for insurance. My procedure was completed over a month ago, yet I've still not received any paperwork. I've had to call everyday for over two weeks and received the same answer "It will be taken care of today". Yet, it still hasn't been taken care of. Horrible customer service. My advice, if you go there, don't pay them until you have all your necessary paperwork cause they don't care one iota once their bank account has been padded! more

My experience with Advanced Endocare was without a doubt the most positive experience I have ever had in a dental office. Having heard many "horror stories" about root canals, I was expecting a long and painful procedure. I was pleasantly surprised!! I can honestly say that this was the most painless dental procedure I have had in my life! Dr. Stuart and her assistant were exceptional- they were expert at putting me at ease and were obviously very skilled at the procedure. If I ever need another root canal I will be seeing Dr. Stuart again. more

The staff is wonderful. I had two root canals done this year. Every process was explained in a professional manner without unneeded medical jargon. The staff made me feel very comfortable. The aesthetics in the office make one feel very relaxed. The business is willing to work with you on treatment and payment options. The doctor makes having a root canal tolerable and almost fun! Make sure you try the "happy gas". more

I actually felt relaxed and comfortable in this office having a root canal! That says a lot! They staff is friendly, and very informative. The Doctors are pleasant and willing to explain everything that is going on. They work with you on treatment options and financial options. They have two locations, one in Carmel and the other in Fishers. Both are pretty easy to get to. more
