Do not use Advanced Diabetes supply .!!! They will never send the correct order and not fix it. they have left me without supplies 3 times. more

Just got supplies for Diabetes from this company. Bad news!! was sent a meter that comes with a pen attached, there was no pen attached. The separate pen that was sent would not fit with my lancets (I was asked if I had lancets and I did with my old meter) one they sent was a different brand. When I asked them why the one that attached to the meter didn't come with it, he said those are expensive. So they sent a different brand without sending lancets, but regardless, it would mean I would have to carry two different things just to test. This company is not one I would recommend unless you want a meter without the pen and an offbreed pen that you have to carry separate. Look elsewhere people. Would not trust them. I will need to keep an eye on my accounts now in case they sell my information.\r I returned everything to them. more

Once these people get their claws in you you’ll never forget. I used them once on a Medi-care prescription which they were more than pleased in filling because they’d get reimbursed by Medi-care. Well, after dealing with them once they soon started calling extremely early in the morning about refills. I asked them not to call early in the morning but they couldn’t care less. I finally ordered them to no longer call me. I attempted to get a prescription filled elsewhere and as it turns out, the pharmacy where I get my prescriptions filled orders thru ADS. My pharmacy kept telling my ADS would call, they had to talk to me, don’t know what it was about but I never heard from them. Bottom line, they were going to attempt to make my life miserable. Flat out lying to my pharmacy It’s my experience and recommendation not to deal with them. You want good pharmacy prices, check out Walmart, Target, Costco. I’m sure that they’re just as competitive. more

Sometimes, you have to shop around a little to realize when you're paying too much. I'd been with another place for the last five years, and I was complaining to a friend about how expensive it is anymore to be diabetic. He mentioned that I should check out Advanced, because the prices were good and the staff was friendly. He left out the best part- they deliver! And quickly, too! more

It’ so easy to get my supplies now, I just pick up the phone and my Diabetic Testing supplies are shipped the same day and I can still use my insurance. The staff is courteous and helpful.
