Worst

Tried to charge me over $700 for something I fixed myself in two hours. Diagnosed my car in 10 min and wouldn't give my car back without paying $85.

Very happy with the service performed on my vehicle. Cam was very professional and did exactly what he said he would do without a hint of an attempt to over sell or recommend an unneeded service. Refreshing since that seems to be the norm with most service shops today. more

Very Pleased Out of State Customer 3/26/2011

Very Pleased Out of State Customer Needed brakes service while in Ann Arbor and decided to take my Lexus in, based on the good reviews I read on them. I was nervous being completely new in town, but not for long. Cam at Advanced Automotive was very professional and took care of my brake problem that very afternoon! I received an accurate update on the condition of my brakes. (I knew I was dealing with good people as they basically reconfirmed what my mechanic reported would eventually happen earlier this year). I would confidently recommend Advanced Automotive. Excellent customer service and very fair pricing. more
