Friendly, personable Professionals 7/29/2019

While it's been a few years since I was assessed by Advanced Audiology, as part of my claim for disability compensation with the Veterans' Administration, I will always recall the process as comfortable, engaging and respectful, providing me with thorough information about the status of my hearing. I have no doubt their report played a crucial role in my claim being approved for disability compensation. more

Like a good neighbor, Lisa is there 7/25/2019

For the many years I've had my hearing checked, Lisa explained all my testing and recently, helped me choose hearing aids that best suit my needs. I never felt rushed and she answered all my questions. I've recommended Advanced Audiology to others and they, too, have been pleased. more

Advanced Audiology SVC 6/22/2019

Dr. Bont was wonderful getting my new hearing aids set to perfection. I am very happy I went there. Stephanie is so sweet to just let me pop in when I am in the area and she fixes my issues in a flash! I highly recommend Advanced Audiology SVC more

Lisa does a beautiful job of making you comfortable while giving superior service in testing and fitting your hearing aids. Stephanie handles the front desk and minor issues with courtesy and knowledge. I would definitely recommend them if you want superior service. more

Professional AND Practical 6/7/2019

During initial sessions learning how to use my hearing aides I became ill- hospitalized for first AND last time. Stephanie understood when I could not keep appointments and patiently rescheduled my appointments/ even calling to ask about my progress. Lisa’s clear communication and insights into what I was able to understand has made me confident using and enjoying my hearing aides. more
