Found the problem immediately 7/20/2011

Appointment was professionally scheduled. Repairman called exactly 30 minutes ahead of appointment as promised. Met repairman at my home, and they immediately discovered my problem (main water value leak) and showed me what was wrong. To round out the appointment, they adjusted the heads on two of the sections. Very friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. Would definitely call them again for sprinkler system repair. Price was fair and reasonable. more

Disappointed 7/7/2010

I signed a maintenance contract but not impressed so far. Seems they lack communication with one another and their suggestions regarding tree care I ended up losing a tree. Supposedly the owner (Vince) is an arborist but had no clue about my tree problem. The gal who came out to assess for a landscape design estimate was over 2 weeks ago; no f/u. There are a list of reasons why I will not continue with this company unless something improves. Not sure I want them doing landscaping. They were all on time until the contract was signed then it was very disappointing. Invoice issues, suggestions for yard care gone bad, no f/u and the lawn mowers do not have a guard on their trimmers like I was told they would so when trimming there was debris hitting my front windows. They are suppose to have a 'supervisor' come by to oversee the yard bi-weekly?? Why didn't he noticed my front tree was dying after I was told it was fine and to just turn the sprinkler head off on it? more

WARNING: We weren't impressed. 3/20/2010

We refused to use ALD. Our experience was so bad from the get go, why bother. To me its a reflection of how the job will be. We first made an appointment for them to come out. Ended up being over a week out (most companies were within 2 days), when Sherri did come out she was very inexperienced, never took measurements and wanted to know what the other quotes we received were. She told us she would get us a quote the next day. We didnt get a quote for 1 week! I even contacted the owner and still had to wait 2 more days for a quote with no explanation. And to no surprise the quote was the same as our lowest quote we got from another vendor. To us, it was quality over price. And if the service sucks from the start why bother. We paid a few hundred dollars more for a company who gave us better service, experience and were accountable to their word. more

Advance Landscape Designs 6/10/2008

They did the original design and landscaping of the building I manage and continue the monthly upkeep. They do a great job and are easy to work with when we need changes or help. more
