I went to Advance Auto Parts in Norton, Ohio andI brought back a 3 year old $90 Titanium truck battery, still under warranty.\r

The battery was being returned, because it was having trouble starting my Jeep Cherokee 4 x 4. Cranking very weak.\r

I had my starter tested previously, which was also purchased at Advance with a lifetime warranty and it is fine. \r

My alternator is a new heavy duty model and all my belts are new. In other words I highly maintain my vehicle as I own a auto repair business and have a commercial account at this location. \r

I expected a quick trip in and out to replace the battery, before it fails in the bitter cold Ohio Winter and I am stranded in the freezing weather.\r

When I arrived I was greeted by an employee who instructed me to put my core on a cart. I explained that this was not a core but a return under warranty.\r
