HELPFUL AT TIMES 9/11/2005

I HAVE BEEN IN MANY AUTO STORES AND HAVE ACTUALLY WORKED IN A FEW. THIS STORE IS WELL STOCKED AND THE SERVICE IS SATISFACTORY. I WAS SUPRISED TO FIND THAT THERE WAS NOT EVEN ONE EMPLOYEE BEHIND THE COUNTER WHO COULD ANSWER ANY AUTOMOTIVE QUESTIONS. I WOULD THINK THAT THE STORE WOULD HAVE AT LEAST ONE KNOWLEDGABLE EMPLOYEE CONSIDERDING THE TYPE STORE IT WAS AND THE TYPE CUSTOMER. PROS: WELL STOCKED, POLITE EMPLOYEES CONS: NOT MUCH AUTO QUESTIONS ANSWERED more
