We dropped in to find an accessory for our vehicle and noboby seemed to notice us for quite some time and then we called for a staff who quite said we might find it there and then ended up after quite sometime saying they were out of stock and then we tried to find something else and he said the products were stopped as the consumers were meagre for the product.so not a satisfactory shopping. more

I've seen lots of Advanced Auto Parts ads and seemed like they carry a lot of items. I needed a specific part for my car and I went to this store to look. I couldn't find it so I went to the customer counter to seek help. They made me wait for a long time without acknowledging me, and they didn't even seem that busy. When a rep finally decided to serve me, he just briefly looked up in his computer and said that they don't have the part in the store and I might have to special order them. When I asked if they would special order it for me, he punched in something in the computer and waited for a few seconds and mumbled something like the computer is not coming up with anything ... and then he just walked away and left me standing there! I was not very happy and left the store. I am certainly not going back there. PROS: They seem to have good prices. CONS: Bad service and incomplete stock. more
