It was an extremely cold day and I had been sick and stuck in the house for over a week. My child and I decided to get out of the house and run to a fast food restaurant then come home, but, my battery died once we left the restaurant. We ended up walking to Advance and explained the situation. I told them I needed a battery, told them what kind and size and they insisted I needed a more expensive one. My hand was bandaged from surgery and they refused to help me take the battery across the street, so my child had to carry the battery. The little tool they gave me didn't work. Finally, a good Samaritan stopped to help. They went back to Advance and asked them why they wouldn't help me and why they insisted I had to buy an expensive battery. We got our money back and will never go back there. They were rude and just out to get extra money for something not necessary.
