We have used Advan for several of our buyers new homes and we as well as them were very satisfied with their workmanship. We will use again. more

We had advan replace a large number of our windows. There are still a great many to be replaced, but we are doing them in phases. They came out and replaced one of the wrong windows, leaving a terribly clouded one right in the front of the house. My husband told them they were replacing the wrong window when they were doing it and they said they would bring another window to correct their mistake in the next couple of days. That was 8 months ago and we still do not have a window. We called weekly and left voicemail that was never returned. Two months into this we tricked them into calling us back - we had to leave a message saying we were new business looking for a bid. They said they would come replace the window - gave us a date, time, everything. Never came. They still do not answer or return our calls. This is absolutely unethical and unprofessional. I would not recoment them to anyone. more

There is absolutely no communication after a sale. Totally ignored. Windows were installed, we paid with a check, all good. One window has a problem: several calls over two weeks with no response. The Better Business Bureau gives an F ranking to advan. Over all I think the job is OK but now that there is NO communication it weirds me out a little: are they a fly by night?
