I'd like to let everyone know how good the security systems from ADT are. Aside from a great product, they have fair and affordable prices.

The ADT medical alert base station also provides warnings when temperatures get too high or too low temperature to be unsafe for the home. This presents additional safety monitoring in case of fire or weather related mishaps. more

proactively testing their system 8/16/2011

I read a lot of reviews and considered ADT and another company. I chose ADT and the experience has been tremendous. Interactions with all representatives from the company including the sales person and technician have been friendly. I also like the light comes on each month to remind us to test the system. The monthly testing is not just talk. They proactively want us to test their system. more

Worth Paying 8/14/2011

I have the cheapest monitoring fee for my alarm system. It is only $37.99 and the system is worth paying for. It has been with us for 2 months now and we fortunately did not encounter problems yet. more

I got my mom a home health security from ADT. It’s been with her for a month now and she can’t let go of it. It became her new best friend. No need to worry about her being left alone while I am working because ADT will be with her. more

The installation engineer was arranged efficiently and came out when promised. He did the work quickly and cleanly and made a small change to the installation plan to ensure best protection. The idea of a monitored alarm is that, instead of a noisy bell ringing outside and being ignored, a central office receives an alert about the alarm system and takes the necessary action. more

want to avoid 'false' alarms 8/7/2011

I was referred to an ADT salesman, who arrived and assessing the situation, came up with an affordable plan for me. I signed an agreement for the plan, and the next day a technician arrived and installed the alarm. He then made sure I understood how to arm and disarm the system. I was also given easy to follow step-by-step instructions and a video. They do want to make sure you understand the system. They want to avoid 'false' alarms. more

It makes you feel secure, ADT is a worldwide company that will deliver peace of mind to you and yours. On the good side the window stickers and the lawn sign are worth their weight in gold! The signs and stickers that advertise that your property is monitored and protected by ADT, are often stolen and sold. The advertisement is worth more than the monitoring fee. I diplay mine from the inside. more

You have to call ADT now because they are the best in security systems. You have to see it for yourself. Just do not get bothered by the negative comments. Usually customers have their own faults as well. more

I just want to say that I've been using ADT for 5 years now. A lot of people tell me it's no good. But my experience is different. It never gave me a headache for the past 5 years. Serves me well! more
