I never felt safe this way. It was only last month that I called them and I am very secure in my place. whenever i have problems, their CSR is really fast in attending my needs.

I am leaving ADT because they have cost in false alarms fees for the last time. The alarm went off I turned it off...but the police were still called...I called and asked them to...

One great feature of an ADT home security system is an outside perimeter that is established using high tech. heat and motion sensors that will sound the alarm if a prowler comes within thirty-five feet of your residence. more

Came back the next day 12/8/2010

I called up ADT and scheduled a free home security evaluation. The guy from ADT arrived earlier as scheduled. I was interested in having security cameras at home and he gave me a reasonable price for it. The next day, he came back bringing the cameras and he installed it with the home security system. He did a good job and he was telling me and my husband how the system works and stuff. Good guy! more

ADT largest dealership 12/3/2010

I have had ADT monitored through MHB Security since I purchased my home 7 years ago. It was professionally installed by MHB security ""ADT largest dealership"" Well yesterday it all paid off. My house was broken into around 4:30 in the afternoon, the alarm went off, ADT called the house phone and also called me on my cell phone. They dispatched my local Toronto police. Fast installation 11/25/2010

I decided to get ADT a few months ago after increased crime in my community. I called on a Tuesday and the installer was there on Wednesday. I had a few false alarms as I got used to the system, but the staff was always courteous and nice to me, no matter what! more

no false alarms 11/22/2010

I was at first hesitant to get ADT alarms because it might always give false alarms and would just disappoint us. But a friend of mine made me go for ADT. He told me that there's money back guarantee anyway. So I called them up. The installation was a month ago an no false alarms experienced YET. more

I am leaving ADT because they have cost in false alarms fees for the last time. The alarm went off I turned it off...but the police were still called...I called and asked them to turn back the police. They asked me for my code - I couldn't remember exactly and gave them my code - I knew it was either code100, 101, 102 etc...it had been 7 years...anyhow I gave them the right code. they then asked for the code AGAIN...I went through the same exercise and they said that wasn't good enough. THEY WOULD NOT CALL OFF THE POLICE. I end up with a 100 dollar fine and they will not reimburse me. Therefore they will lose the future stream of income ~500 dollars per year for the next 20-30 years. Not good more

I think the system is excellent and it?s the best surveillance setup for the money.
