I found the customer service professionals and sales associates at ADT to be first class people. Everyone was patient in explaining all the facets of my burglar alarm system. more

My parents needed a security system for 5/29/2012

My parents needed a security system for their house so I decided to go with ADT. I heard some good things about Alarm Force but the bottom line was that they didn't send police during an alarm. MHB Security, an ADT dealer, offered the most equipment compared to other dealers and they didn't try to sell me a system over the phone like some other dealers. more

ADT security systems also have a back up battery pack that can and will power the system for days if for any reason the power is cut off. Theres no worries when you are away from your home with ADT no matter how long you stay away, because you can check on your home and its security system with a simple phone call directly to your system and it will tell you its status. more

Perfect for our needs 5/12/2012

The burglar alarm monitoring we have now is perfect for our needs. We only get to pay $37.99 per month. No problem since the installation and it has been a month yet and we are getting used to the system. more

I like ADT because they have helpful technicians, It gives me peace of mind and through ADT my homeowners insurance bill reduces by about 20 percent. more
