I love Adrenaline. My middle daughter 4/3/2012

I love Adrenaline. My middle daughter has been enrolled for 3 years and my youngest is now enrolled in 2 classes. The coaches have done a great job with my children...they have learned so much and have really progressed. The owner has really made a lot of obvious effort to bring a feeling of connection to members and parents. I guess the reason I decided to get on the internet and post some good things about Adrenaline...well, I was motivated by something very interesting and touching. The coaches are all donating their time to a raffle, each giving an hour free lesson to the winner of the raffle. The owner has promised to match the amount raised for a wonderful cause. One of Adrenaline's members, a 6 year old child, was diagnosed with liver cancer. All money raised will go to help her fight with cancer. Isn't that amazing? Who does that? Adenaline really does try to bring everyone together and treat members as family...all anyone need do in times of trouble is communicate with them. This just goes to show that not only will they work with you, they go beyond anything of normal expectations or hopes. Pros: null Cons: null more

It's a business and owners don't 3/1/2012

It's a business and owners don't understand customer service. It is very critical to love the business you are in, especially when dealing with children (minors). Our experience there was not good at all and we have 16 years of gymnastics experience - 2 daughters competing USAG. There is a difference between an owner who is in a business to make money and an owner who is in a business because he loves what he does and makes money as a result. Adrenaline Gymnastics is all about the money! Communication is poor at all levels, starting at the top. There are so many wonderful training faciilities in Denver with owners who genuinely care about the gymnasts. Skip this place when searching for a quality training facility! Best in the West!!! 10/25/2010

Our daughter has been at the same gym since 2003. She started at a level 2 in the recreation program. Today she is a level 10 and has received the BEST instruction ever. I not only credit the owners, Jason and Kim Kaplan, but the coaches as well. In the early years, Instructors, Jill & JoBeth were EXCEPTIONAL in teaching not only great skills, but life lessons. They taught importance of team support for one another. As an Optional gymnast, our daughters coaches (Aaron and Jackie) have taught her the skills necessary to succeed at the highest level, while stressing safety foremost. So much credit is due to the both of them as our daughter has achieved two Colorado State all-around individual 1st Place Championships in in her age group from previous years and last season (April 2010) she took 1st place on beam at level nine Westerns in Iowa. The owners and coaches of Adrenaline Gymnastics are THE BEST EVER!! They continuously are up to date on USAG changes and send several of their coaches every year to Congress to further their education and stay current on all aspects of gymnastics. The Adrenaline owners and coaches always make time to listen to us parents and hear any concerns we may have. I have been very impressed and happy with Adrenaline Gymnastics. I highly recommend Adrenaline Gymnastics in Centennial as your #1 GYM. more

EXCELLENT GYM!!! 10/19/2010

AGA, owned by Jason and Kim Kaplan, is an EXCELLENT gym, very highly regarded in the competitive gymnastics community. Their coaching staff is knowledgeable and skilled in teaching all levels, from beginner to Elite. My daughter has been a gymnast there for many years and I directly credit her focus, determination and skills to the coaches and staff at AGA. Gymnastics is not a sport that can afford ignorance or ineptitude and the coaching staff at AGA is neither. They are a caring, responsible, as well as humorous, group of people who truly care about the girls under their tutelage. Jason and Kim go to great lengths to ensure the safety of all gymnasts, as well as making sure their skills are building blocks for more difficult endeavors. I highly recommend Adrenaline Gymnastic Academy if you want a gym where your child can learn, not only gymnastics, but life-long skills that will serve her well into adulthood. more

Rude staff 9/14/2010

I will never waste my money on or subject my daughter to a place like this again. The instructor, Mr Steve, was so blantant about favoritism, even telling certain girls they were "so pretty" and not others. It got to the point of being downright creepy. I felt like I was bothering the office staff if I had a question. After the first few classes the instructor was suddenly a teenager who had the class doing things they could have done at McDonalds, learning nothing as far as gymnastics goes. more

Champion Gymnastics are champions! 1/9/2009

Champion Gymnastics school is better than most in the industry. They offer a wide range of classes with good coaches. The classes seem to be big, but they have many teachers with the large group. Recommended for boys and girls who love the sport of gymnastics. more

Tumbles of Fun 9/15/2008

Champion offered a great recreation/preschool class for the beginning gymnast. Although the class sizes were large, they have several teachers per class to work with kids in smaller groups. They kept the kids moving non-stop for the hour class, with creative games intertwined with gymnastic skills. Champion also offers their facility for birthday parties, where the fun is combined with gymnastics & they have a back room with several bouncy houses. more
