I went to Adorn Tattoos Piercing & Jewelry based on the previous reviews and was lucky enough to book an appointment as well. Admittedly, I was a little nervous since I didn`t know her at all, but not only did she put me at ease with her engaging convo, she also did a bang up job on my tattoo. Truth be told, it is a simple black symbol about 6""x6"" on my back, but the outline and coloring was done with precision and attention to quality nonetheless. Incidentally, I am moving to Portland, OR next year and she even had recommendations on areas I might be interested in living around. Upon further examination, she was spot on, again! I can`t wait to move now and get more work done by her when I do!!! more

My favorite tattoo shop in Portland, OR! I will never go anywhere else. I have had half of my back tattooed at life time and they`re amazing! I go to Adorn Tattoos Piercing & Jewelry.I love their style! My friend had one of his sleeves done there, and he`s also a big fan. more

Been here twice now playing the role of supportive friend during the inking process. On both occasions, we were walk-ins, and managed to get set up within 30 minutes. The folks are professional, friendly, and the work done is stellar. This particular time, my friend was worked on by a woman, who is outstanding! She has an amazing portfolio and does really great work. Plus, she`s exceptionally personable. Very clean, very organized, and if I ever do work up the courage to get some work done, I definitely will be visiting the Adorn Tattoos Piercing & Jewelry, no question. more

That guy is working on my sleeve and I wouldn`t go anywhere else. I actually work at a tattoo shop, and the artists there are great, but my arm belongs to him so my time belongs to Lifetime. If you`re a single girl, you might want to bring a friend with you if it`s after dark, simply b/c of the part of town that the shop is located in. more

It was amazingly clean and the artists were very professional. They did both mine and my friend`s in under an hour total- and both are perfectly drawn and healing beautifully. They squeezed us in without an appointment too, you`re in good hands here. more

This was pretty cool except at the end. I dont personally believe that the majority of people nowadays(sp?) pierce their tongues just for sexual pleasure/inhancement. For sure lots but there truly are multiple reasons people choose this. Unless of course the end was purely for comedic reasons and or sarcasm of course?.;) more

THE BEST TATTOO SHOP EVER! i went there for a cover up (of dark ugly black ink) and the guy was able to cover it with a pink and purple flower like i wanted. we found pics of the flower online, and he just drew it on me. he did a perfect job. the owner is the one who tattood me, and i will always go to him from now on. ps. you cant see that old tattoo at all anymore! very nice people there, and they have time to tattoo you! it was 250, for about a 5 * 5 color tattoo but it was worth it! more

I arrived as a walkin customer during a short visit to Portland. I started talking to the owner of Adorn East about a Japanese inspired tattoo that I had wanted for several years. He showed me some of his drawings and I knew he understood exactly the style I wanted. I then explained that this was to be a cover-up and showed him the large dark upper arm tattoo that I wanted to go away. I really figured that the conversation would end there, but he shocked the hell out of me when he said ""no problem, I'll just draw it directly on your arm"". He told me his rate and we got started. I left that evening with a beautiful upper arm ""sleeve"" and plans for more visit's to Portland OR for more work. more

I gave Dustin a rough sketch and a simple description, and he breathed life into it in a way nobody else had been able to do: It was just what I wanted! I want my tattoo to feel like a part of me, rather than just a drawing superimposed on my body, and Dustin made this happen. Personally, I felt very comfortable having my tattoo done by a man in a gentle, professional environment. Thanks Dustin! more

Incredible place! the people who work there are knowledgeable, professional, super friendly and helpful. Seth does an excellent job with piercing. I will go back and recommend it to everyone I know. I don't have tattoos, piercings or look alternative in the least and they did not treat me any different from any other customer. It's also super clean. Loved it! more

This was my 4th and biggest tattoo. I wanted to make sure that I did my research and chose my artist very carefully. After looking at the top rated shops in Portland, looking at numerous portfolios I ended up on the Adorn web site. I recognized a familiar face, Jesse Enz did my dragon tattoo 5 years ago at another shop and I LOVED the work he'd done then and looking at his portfolio I knew he was going to be my artist. I am SO happy I went to Adorn East. I went in for my consult, provided my deposit and my appointment was booked. Jesse emailed me the design a few days prior to my appointment and once again he created a BEAUTIFUL work of art for me. He knew exactly what I was aiming for and with his years of experience he provided me direction where I was uncertain. Everyone at the shop was very nice, the place was clean, needles and guns sterile and overall my experience with Jesse was extremely pleasant. Jesse is very polite, sweet, takes extreme pride in his work, is very talented and made sure I was comfortable. I left smiling ear to ear. I'm already planning my next tattoo with Jesse! more
