I have been thru 5 CNA/home health aides in a 2 month period. The worker show up at your home from Addus (Homewood illinois location) with any type of I.D. that says they are from Addus home health, this is really unprofessional- they tell seniors to not let anyone in without an I. D. ( the telephone man, gas company workers etc) but these workers show up without an I.D. an say that the company does not have I.D. s. I requested someone to help my mother get washed & dressed and to bed feed so that she can go to her dialysis treatment on Saturday -- I have requested service 2 Saturdays in a row and no one showed up, so may mother was late for her dialysis treatment. When the worker have completed the hours that they have worked they ask you sign there time sheet for them, no where on the sheet that they are asking you to sign does it does it have the company name Addus so you have no idea what you are signing. The worker have poor work ethic, the employer and worker have a communication problem, they provide unreliable service and I would not recommend this company to other people.
