When I called back, she started yelling over the phone, "DO YOU WANT THE PLUMBING COMPANY.. Wow, this is what you have to deal with over the phone... I had to wait over a week for them to come. Then on my day, they came at 5:30 after telling me I was second that day. Really? Then I completely got ripped off. A $200 disposal and $600 to install! Outrageous! $800 for a disposal??? Plus the guy smelled and had the nerve to just plug his phone in to charge it. total rip off! more

We had a problem with the kitchen sink. My wife called them. They came and wanted to charge me 640$ for the job. The same machine that they wanted to use is available to rent for 25$ at Home Depot and took me 5 min to get the job done. What a RIPOFF !!!! more

They did an excellent job this coming from a person who use to install oil boiler years ago - there is no surging or banging of the pipes with the way they piped this steam job more

I contacted them through Facebook on Tuesday morning with a leak in my water heater at a rental property I own. My tenants were able to shower when they got home from work because of a great price, quick service and perfect communication. more

By far the best company I have worked with. Everyone I spoke with was friendly and professional. I had a large job that needed to be completed and they were very accommodating. I had an issue (not because of them but because of my old home) and they made it their priority to fix! There was never a time when I was waiting for a call back. Addarios was referred to me by National Grid. Nichole sent an estimator right out to the house and he gave me the price right there after a complete explanation of the type of equipment, benefits of converting etc.. Nichole took it from there, scheduled an immediate installation and made sure that everything went according to plan. The installation team, Joe, Nick and the rest did a great job, handled everything including city inspection. Joe came back a few days after installation to fine tune things and go over the systems with me. Overall, I was very pleased with the way Addarios performed. more

We've had Addario's maintain and revive our old burner for the past few years, but at some point it was just beyond repair. Addario's came through with a plan to heat the church's downstairs and then, we've raised enough money, the upstairs. Stage one was completed last week and we are now worshipping in comfort - in the parish hall. Addario's showed exactly on time and stayed with the job till it was done. Thank you Addario's. more

I wish I did my homework a little better. I feel I completely overpaid. I was told this was very labor intensive and an "All day install" so I was a bit suprised when they showed 2 hours late and were done in 4 hours. One would think that since the install was so easy that I would have been able to get some money back but apparently it is a set price for all. Which is odd because they had to come out and check the space out to get a estimate. You would think if it was a fixed price it could be quoted on the phone. Why waste the time to send someone out unless I already agreed on the price? more

They were here right at the time they said they would be. From start to finish it was a great job. They even swept the floors before they left. more

I am thrilled with the products and services received. The tankless water heater has beat my expectations. Now I can finally take a bath without running out of water! The pipe work looks like artwork. The Owners of the company were dependable, courteous, clean and informative. My concern with Addario's Plumbing, Heating, Cooling & Electrical is that I think I was charged too much. My hot water heater was under warranty, and so that part was free, but the instillation was over $600, which I thought was exorbitant. I asked for the breakdown of the cost but never received it. Also, I was told that an inspection fee was included, but no one has come out to inspect it. I wish I had checked around for other prices. It needed to be replaced fairly quickly, so I wasn't able to check around. They were available and easy to deal with, but I think I was charged too much money. more

I have been using Addario's for the past few years, and my dad had used them for many years before that. They are currently renovating my bathroom. They are here every day, the work is very good, and they clean up after themselves. They are polite, courteous, responsive to our needs, and most importantly, they are very professional. When they recently unplugged a drain and water was not flowing, they sent someone over right away to fix it. Addario's is a family-run business and they stand by their work. I have had no problems with them. more

The estimator was very patient as I chose among my options, and answered each question that came up - no small feat. The on-site installers clearly knew their stuff, and was not fazed by a neighbor's request. After the job was finished I noticed an issue with some sub-contract work I had done (duct-cleaning) - they responded right away. more

I called Addario's Plumbing, Heating, Cooling & Electrical to come to my house for a repair and the serviceman did a good job. It was my first time using Addario's. He also let me know that my heating unit needed work. I had him come out again and he did an excellent job. Everything looks good, and they cleaned up the place when they were done. I need to wait for it to get cold in order to try out the burner, but I know they did an excellent job. more

We had a great experience with this company, they gave us one of the best price quotes. They were very understanding when we had to cancel the day before our heating unit was to be installed due to a flood in our basement. They showed up on time and finished on time. The office manager Nichole was very nice. The owner Steve even came by to make sure everything was installed properly. I would recommend them to anyone! more

How to I begin..It started with the salesman, initially I had decided to go with another company but the saleman got me rethink my situation and I am glad I did because after the job was done I saved close to 1000.00 dollars on this install. Addarios is very easy to communicate with, responded in a timely manner and provided me with all the details that I need it to make my decision to go with them a lot easier. On the day of the install they arrived on time and of the bat I knew I had a good crew. I initially had a place in mind where I wanted the ac mounted but was persuaded by the installer to mount it a "Better Spot" in order for the system to do a better job. The installation in the house was fast and efficient I think they had the unit mounted in 20 minutes. My son was home with me that day ( 2 year old ) and they were how shoudl I say this" kid Friendly" which is always a plus. At one point during the install I had taken my son to his room so he could take a nap and I actually heard them whispering becaus ethey knew he was sleeping!! I was very impressed with their work and they had it done in the estimated time I was given. The driver forgot to put one piece of molding and I thought it would take them a week to come back to fix it but they showed up the next day I was nto even aware that they came back that quickly to make sure the job was done correctly...
