Adams Auto Wash Inc

I have a green Pontiac Sunfire that I brought in for the ""bumper to bumper"" service (the most expensive cleaning package that they offer). I was planning on selling the car and I wanted it to be in good shape for the buyer. For over a hundred dollars I figured it would come back clean....I WAS WRONG. Let me tell you that I have never been so disappointed in a service in Greenville, NC until I went to Adam's Auto Wash. When I picked up my car there were entire patches that had not be washed on the exterior. They didn't vacuum parts of the car including the entire trunk...They didn't wash any of the interior plastic except for the dash....They didn't steam clean all of the seats...To be honest the only thing that I noticed that had been cleaned was the dashboard where they had put a couple swipes of Armour All. more

Went to have my car washed today and was very unhappy! I waited inside while my car was being washed....what a mistake. While drying my car they got a towel stuck in my doo molding and pulled part of it off. That is not even the worst part! They tried to stick it back down without even telling me it had happened. When I pulled out of the parking lot I saw something out of the corner of my eye, and it was the Crome trim piece that was now bent back by the wind. When I pulled back in they never apologized, they just said they were not responsible for any damage! I could understand if it happened in the car wash, but not when it happens when hand drying. I would respect thin much more if they did not try and hide what they did! I would not trust them! more
