The previous review by L L. is very accurate. I took a lease over for another girl that changed her mind and although the price isn't bad, it's not worth the disrespect and last minute ""showings"" they want to do. My roommate gave notice and they took it as me giving notice even though she and I have never had anything to do with one another in regards to moving in, out, or even previously knowing one another. Even though we tried to accomodate their schedule and canceled our errands, they lacked to communicate that they canceled the showing ""as a courtesy to us"" before we wasted three hours waiting for them.\r \r As L L. stated - they think they're right, are not flexible with maintenance, the floors are very squeaky and old, and not to mention the sugar ant problem we've had since moving in just won't go away even after extermination appointments. more

I have lived at two apartment complex so far ever since I've lived in Denton. The previous had amazing service and were the most welcoming people. Although, Adami & Assoc are TERRIBLE at customer service. They have overcharged me on my rent. When I confront them, they stand strong that they were right. Turns out, I was correct and they overcharged me over double the amount. They are very rude and would not even apologize for their mistakes. They also come in and out when they please to show the apartments to other people. Which is very dangerous, especially when me or my roommates are not home. They are very disrespectful and show no respect to our privacy. Even most of their properties are close to campus, DO NOT LIVE HERE. YOUR MONEY IS NOT WORTH THE SERVICE OR THE SQUEAKY FLOORS. Pros: ONLY- close to UNT campus. Cons: HORRIBLE MANAGEMENT. more
