The previous review by L L. is very accurate. I took a lease over for another girl that changed her mind and although the price isn't bad, it's not worth the disrespect and last minute ""showings"" they want to do. My roommate gave notice and they took it as me giving notice even though she and I have never had anything to do with one another in regards to moving in, out, or even previously knowing one another. Even though we tried to accomodate their schedule and canceled our errands, they lacked to communicate that they canceled the showing ""as a courtesy to us"" before we wasted three hours waiting for them.\r

As L L. stated - they think they're right, are not flexible with maintenance, the floors are very squeaky and old, and not to mention the sugar ant problem we've had since moving in just won't go away even after extermination appointments.
