Ok, so my wife and I purchased furniture at Havertys near the end of Oct, 2010 and were told the living room would arrive in about 4 weeks. 3 months later, No furniture. To make matters worse, we gave our Daughter our old leather living room furniture after three weeks of the ""Purchase"" believing our new furniture would arrive shortly. We began re-looking probably since the 5th or 6th week of the ""Purchase"" and not having much luck finding the replacement for what we really wanted, but obviously was never going to show up. I began my Monday Jan, 24th morning looking for living room furniture once again. My wife and I really did like the Flexsteel Dylan sectional and found it at a much better price than anywhere else at Woodstock Furniture Outlet. I called the store and spoke with Mac McCaffre. The Furniture was in our living room Tuesday morning. The delivery guys setup the sectional quick. The were very nice guys. All the packaging and cardboard was removed. Great company to deal with. Highly recommed more

Woodstock Furniture Outlet had exactly what we were looking for (living room/bedroom/dining room) in stock and very reasonably priced. Our salesperson, Annette, was helpful but not at all pushy. I did not feel like I was being ""watched"" while we looked around the enormous selection but when I had questions, she was there to help. My husband and I had been looking for a sofa and love seat for a while. After visiting many other furniture stores, we made our way to WFO. We were met with a sales consultant named Annette Hostler. She was very kind and helpful and PATIENT! We found exactly what we wanted at half the price of some of the other stores. Plus, they had the pieces in stock and we could get them delivered the following week> Just perfect because we needed them soon. The delivery went well and we also bought another piece to our office home furniture set. Delivery men were so kind and did a great job! more

Jeanette Kaesberg never fails to give the best quality of customer service. Over the years, Jeanette has learned my taste in furniture and is always helpful and friendly. I have called Jeanette on the phone trying to locate a specific piece of furniture, placed the order, and received it the next day and it has always met or exceeded my expectations in price and quality. About three fourths of my current home furnishings have been purchased at Woodstock Outlet, plus purchasing quality beds, matteresses, etc., for grand children. This was the second purchase we made. We were shopping for pieces to match our master bedroom furniture. Which was not that easy to do. Keeping price and most importantly quality in mind we made a couple trips back before making our purchase. Our design consultant (Elgin) was very helpful and patient. He answered all of our questions and assisted us when we brought in a drawer from our current furniture. Delivery was on time and the installers were professional. We will definately go back! more

After spending half the day going from furniture store to furniture store in the Atlanta area, we were referred to Woodstock Furniture Outlet. We walked in and were immediately greeted and assisted. However, I must say it was nice in the sense that the salesman did not follow us around the store, but rather directed us to the furniture we were looking for and later followed up with us. Be careful here. They seem to play games with prices and be aware of the mattress return policy. I had an issue with my new mattress and the manager, an absolute hillbilly, seemed bothered and confused by my situation. I'll stick with the reputable named stores next time that's for sure. My friend bought a sofa for her family room and I decided I wanted the same sofa. My friend paid $899.99 as tagged in the store plus tax and delivery ($100). I'm a bargain hunter so I asked for a discount and after some games with a manager that acted like junior from hee-haw was given one. I also got half off delivery. This store plays christian music and has all kinds of religious things in the store but in my book, they're stealing!!!! WHAT'S UP WITH THAT!!! Overall the furniture is of poor quality. There are a few quality items but overpriced. Owners seem desperate and the employees seemed stressed out. They have closed one location already and I would be concerned if they'll be around to resolve any warranty issues which are sure to arise. more
