I have bought pelletts from them for years, and they are always very polite, helpful and do what ever they can to get up the brand we want. They load it up for me. Nothing but goo...

Ordered an install and still waiting for weeks! Pros: None! Cons: Bad service, Rude, Do not deliver as promised

The price might look good at the start, but we have also waited for 6 weeks for an installation, and it is only partly done, now. There is no communication initiated by the company to get the work completed, and there are alot of 'excuses' ie: your town takes a long time for a permit, the weather might be too bad for them to come. No commitment to the work. We must nag for any attention, and then when calling, the answer machine is too full or not turned on. This is a horrible experience so far. more
