After weeks of searching both online and in our area, we finally found the perfect car. Although it was over 200 miles to get there, it was definitely worth the drive to Leith Acura of Fayetteville! Mr. Tim Bradshaw and his manager Mr. Michael Baldon were wonderful to work with. The finance manager was also great and explained everything thoroughly. I would also like to add how they went above and beyond for us; as we went out to the car we drove up there in, we noticed we had a flat. Not only did they get our tire plugged and ready for the drive the back home, but they did so at no charge! Management, Sales, and service are top of the line. Management is always willing to get you the best deals and will not stop until you are satisfied. The salesmen take their time with you and you never feel pushed into anything. The Service Dept. is fast and they do a number one job on your vehicle. I would give them the highest score possible. My husband and I have been very interested in buying a luxury car, however, our ages and financial situation made it a bit difficult. I found a specific car Acura TL online, and emailed the dealership for more information. I was contacted by Richard, a salesman. Richard asked all the right questions. He was patient and understanding, as I live in Raleigh (hour and a half away), and would be driving down to Fayetteville to see the car. He took car care of all the details, big and small. I then came into contact with sales manager, Michael Baldon, over the phone. He called to make sure they had all the pertinent information, so when I arrived all that was needed was the test drive and the signing of documentation. They were patient and understanding to my needs as a customer, which is hard to find nowadays. This is a top notch dealership, and I have never felt less stress when purchasing a car ever, and I own a BMW! I highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking to buy a good car, from a great dealership. more

My family has purchased 6 vehicles over the last decade from Leith Acura and I recently purchased my first car. During my first trip to look at Leith, I dealt with Gerome Williams. In subsequent dealings Gerome was extremely unprofessional. He accused me of trying to ""screw him over"" and told me I needed to get over a $1500 price difference. Had it not been for an observant Service Member, Leith would have lost my business. Fortunately, my complaints were taken to management who contacted me and worked to make things right. Bill Sharp, a manager, worked with me to understand my complaints, desires in a car, and financial situation. Bill was upfront about the price ranges I could afford and helped me to find my perfect new (used) car. Bill then turned the sale over to Will Ellis, who was excellent. Will was professional, knowledgeable, and very helpful in answering my questions. In addition to the excellent service I received from Bill and Will, a key factor in my decision to give Leith a second chance was the Service Department (I took the car my parents allowed me to drive, a Honda Civic, to Leith for service). All of the Service Members are professional, knowledgeable, and helpful. They always ensure that you understand all of the details so that you can make the best decision regarding your vehicle. Rafael Prado, in particular, is always professional and personable! Bottom line: if you want a luxury car for a good price and an excellent service department, Leith is the way to go! more
