I think this is a shady awful place. Do not buy a car from them. Do not take the Extended Warranty, and DEFINITELY don't let their service department touch your car. \r

I bought a nearly-new Rav4 from Acura of Bellevue. I knew exactly the car I was looking for and they had one, so I was happy to drive 30 miles to pick up the car. The negotiations and the deal was relatively painless, however they did talk me into a useless ""extended warranty"" that I am .\r

Before purchasing, I had the car checked out and discovered the front brakes were worn out and would need replacing. Acura of Bellevue agreed to replace the front brakes (so far, so good, I thought). Unfortunately, they replaced the brake pads with an aftermarket brakepad -- a hard ""lifetime"" product. This brake pad has ALWAYS squealed. I took the car back to them on numerous occasions complaining of the brake noise and the told me that they would have to ""break in"" and that it was probably some dirt in there. Two years later, I am now facing a full front brake replacement -- the after market brake-pad wrecked my brakes.\r

I called the service department to complain that the wrong part was used and the service department manager told me in no undertain terms that it was too late to be making a complaint about the repair from two years ago.\r

If I lived closer to Accura of Bellevue, and wasn't a full-time working single mom, I would go over there on a Saturday and make a huge stink. However I have kids to care for and a job to work at.\r
\r
[Also, at the time of purchase, the salesman assured me that the car had a clean accident record -- turns out it had been in a serious crash. It operates fine, but I wish they had been more honest about the car's history]\r

I still love my Rav4, but am so disappointed in the parts they chose to use to repair my car.
