not nice 10/10/2010

Good: Nice place, good location.. Bad: The sales person we worked with was not motivated at all. He almost did everything to make sure that we do not buy a car. and well we did not. He also made racist comments and bad jokes in front of my 8 month pregnant wife. He did not bother explaning the features, barely made any effort to show the car. We were there with a check book and very motivated to buy but he made it impossible us. Well, Acura Bellevue did not earn my business. Its competitor did.. Improvements: They should motivate sales consultants. Especially the internet sales person should go through an extensive training.. Other: I will never go there again, I do not recommend Bellevue Acura to anyone who thinks that $40-50K vehicle buying experience should be fair, fun and enjoyable rather than annoying and disrespectful.. more

ACURA OF BELLEVUE – “I would never buy a car here again but would come for the service dept” 10/18/2008

Good: service/parts dept. jay and joe specifically. Bad: everyone else, I was frustrated by the fact that I had found something viable thru the credit unions site linked to Acura of Bellevue’s branded site from CUDL, but I they just told me that I was wrong. Improvements: I would NEVER recommend anyone that I even remotely cared about to buy a car from this dealership. I felt everyone (on the sales side) had avoided addressing any of my concerns. more

Acura of Bellevue 3/28/2006

I have been a long-time customer of Acura of Bellevue (about 12 years). They have always been quick to react to my needs and are very attentive. I like the fact that many of their service department employees have been around for a long time. For me, they know I will voice my opinion about things I don't like so they are nice to me. :) Or at least I like to think so. Maybe they are nice to everyone. They have a nice, clean waiting area and last time I checked they have free lattes, espresso and apples! Quality service overall. more

Service Department Rocks 9/23/2005

The Acura of Bellevue Service department has a lot of new faces and some old ones. It seems like they are growing and getting busier. They have recently remodeled the entire property, it is a nice showroom. I take my newer model Acura here for warranty work and scheduled maintenance (to avoid any confusion about warranty coverage). These guys are professional, courteous and really take care of you, and your car. If you are having work done beyond an oil change you can schedule the use of a loaner car. This is a great service to use. The mechanics are very professional and enjoy their work (which means they will do a good job). I have also had this dealership make a few modifications to my car. Everything they have done is great, and it isn't great they will fix it. One of the screws on my CAI was stripped after installation (they fixed that on my next visit). If you are buying an Acura, this is the best place to do it. Last time I checked, there was a second sticker $ added to the dealer in Lynnwood. more
