The Acura of Bellevue Service department has a lot of new faces and some old ones. It seems like they are growing and getting busier. They have recently remodeled the entire property, it is a nice showroom.
I take my newer model Acura here for warranty work and scheduled maintenance (to avoid any confusion about warranty coverage).
These guys are professional, courteous and really take care of you, and your car. If you are having work done beyond an oil change you can schedule the use of a loaner car. This is a great service to use.
The mechanics are very professional and enjoy their work (which means they will do a good job). I have also had this dealership make a few modifications to my car. Everything they have done is great, and it isn't great they will fix it. One of the screws on my CAI was stripped after installation (they fixed that on my next visit).
If you are buying an Acura, this is the best place to do it. Last time I checked, there was a second sticker $ added to the dealer in Lynnwood.
