This place is always chaos...and every doc I've been stuck with there has been late, rushed...and then annoyed and condescending by the time they get to you. They also hate it when patients actually have a brain and a few questions. And the management is abusive...staff is surly...not a place to be when you don't feel well!! more

Caring Doctors that take the time to listen 7/12/2005

All of the pediatrians at Acton Medical Associates take the time to get to know your child, and makes sure they get the best care that they can give them. You never wait more than 5-10 mins in the waiting room, and are never rushed out of the appointment. They are never annoyed by phone calls asking questions, and are always willing to help. They have a great team of doctors at Acton Medical Associates. more

Good Pediatrics, Fair General Practitioners 7/7/2005

Acton Medical is a decent group of doctors, providing pediatric and family medicine under one roof, along with facilities to draw blood and run tests. Call in hours are available. A range of doctors are employed at the facility, but as with most facilities, the doctors are in a bit of a rush. Pediatrics seems to be better, but as an adult, you have to be forceful to get your time and questions in. more
