I went to Action Sports for a lower back injury. Not only did I make a full recovery and learn exercises to keep my back in good working order, but Rich taught me some core strengthening exercises that he pioneered himself, to help me ride faster and crash less. I used the techniques I leared and feel like I've progressed a whole level in the last month. It's great because he's an athlete and mountain biker himself, so he understands the injuries and what it takes to avoid them in the future. Action Sports is a really valuable player in the biking community and I'm really happy they're around to contribute their expertise.
