Bugs b Gone! 10/16/2011

I never realized how great a home can be without spiders (yes we had Hobos) bugs, ants (lots of ants!) rodents and other critters that spread germs - Action Pest has been protecting our home for over a year and my family has heard me say, ""I might prefer to go without food than give up the ""bug guy."" \r Mike is awesom as well as his co-workers. They have always been to our home quickly and as often as needed to keep our home healthy. We were so impressed that we sent them to our daughter's home to rid them of rodents before they brought the baby home from the hospital. \r Thank you Action Pest! more

Have used their services since 2004. Can't say alway good results, however they work hard at pleasing the customer. As for Graham well there is always a smiling face.\r more

If you are looking for regularly scheduled pest control for a piece of recreational property then you know you want the provider to be trustworthy, on-time, professional and friendly to deal with. Action Pest Control,Inc. does good! 10/7/2011

We had problems with Carpenter Ants and called Action Pest Control,Inc. and Ray came and explained our options and cost. Very resonable and very professional. He checked out the whole house,\r garage/shop and told us what we needed to be done. The job was completed and there have been quarterly treatments. We have been very pleased with the work . Our home is our greatest investment and we want to guard that investment. We feel that Action Pest Control,Inc. has helped us do that and saved us a considerable amount of monies in the long run. For this we are very greatful. We would highly recommend this company. Thank you more

Professional Timely Service 10/6/2011

I have been using this company for the past few years now, and I liked them so much that I started using them for my parents' house as well. They ALWAYS show up and do what they are supposed to, are very courteous, and professional. And overall a very friendly company. They were also a pleasure to deal with over the phone, and very responsive. It is so nice and hassle-free to be on their annual plan, that way they show up and take care of the pest problem quarterly, and we know that our house will stay bug and rodent free. Thumbs up! more

No More Bugs! 10/3/2011

I've been a customer with this company for several years and have never had a compliant. They are thorough and respond immediately if there is a problem. I live out in the woods and don't have any problems with insects in my home. I don't even have spiders building webs under the eaves anymore. This is a top notch company if you need help keeping pests at bay and their contract price is very reasonable. more

We had a sugar ant problem at our property in Woodinville. Kent from Action Pest came out and was extremely thorough in his treatment. He took the time to explain everything to me and give me a good understanding about the problem and treatment. The company has a great guarantee and is well worth the money. \r \r We were so impressed with them that we had Kent service our fourplex in Seattle. They are a great price for their amazing service and much more thorough than the other company we were using. \r \r Another great thing is they schedule specific appiontments, the other pest company we had been using for years would only schedule an 8am appointment or a block of 3 hours. \r \r I highly reccomend this company! Top notch pest control 9/26/2011

We have numerous properties protected by Action Pest Control and they have done a great job! Our pest expert, Russ, works with us when we want certain areas specially treated. Once we had a bird nest we didn't want disturbed and he was happy to avoid it for us. Russ and the office staff are also very helpful in answering questions about seasonal pests and what to do about them. We highly recommend this company! more

Gets the job done 9/20/2011

We have been with Action Pest Control for about 5 years now. The come out and spray every 3 months. I was recently informed that they would come out and take care of any bee, hornet or wasps nests on the property as well. We have been very happy with them. I would recommend their service to anyone. more

Excellent pest control company 9/20/2011

We have had Phil from Action Pest Control treat our home every 3 months for close to 2 years now, after another company's customer service was less than stellar. Phil is always punctual, friendly, professional, and seems to care about what new concerns have developed since his last visit. All of the staff I've dealt with on the phone have been more than helpful. Excellent pest control for a reasonable price -- would surely recommend to anyone! more

The best Pest Control- Action Pest Control 9/19/2011

In 2006 My wife and I had a home built. I noticed and heard about the carpenter ants and termites in our area. I asked my neighbors (Bob & Joyce Martin) if they had their home sprayed for bugs. They said yes and that they used Action Pest Control. I called and they sent a young man named Russ to our home. He gave me lots of suggestion about keeping plants and wood products away from our siding. He sprayed all the eves and around all of the base of our home. He keeps me informed on the types of bugs that I might see. He always asks me if I have any new visitors and if I do he sprays them. I am very pleased with Action Pest Control and I especially like Russ. He is well trained and uses the proper safety equipment at all times. I feel that my home is well protected from pests thanks to Action Pest Control and to Russ. more

The best----Action Pest Control 9/19/2011

Last September we moved into a home surrounded my ""the woods"" in Lacey. By a recommendation we contacted Action Pest Control in Olympia. Since we had never lived in ""the woods"" there were all types of questionable bugs/spiders and such on our property and crawling around our home. Action Pest Control's amazing tech Michael came out and assured me not to worry...those bugs/spiders were not to be feared, he would take care of them! We signed up for a year contract, have called him out at least 4 times and he is always smiling and taking care of our ""visitors""....and it doesn't cost extra for him to come out as needed. Money well spent for peace of mind in knowing that these bugs/spiders aren't eating up our house or are deadly to humans! more

We have used Action Pest Control for a few years now. We had a huge spider problem so we have them spray our house every 3 months. No problems since! I would highly recommend them. more

I had a mouse infestation and Action Pest Control comes quarterly and monitors the situation very well. They have eliminated the rodents access to my house. more

best pest control company 6/12/2009

I tried Action Pest Control after utilizing a different company that was not able to fix my issue. I was impressed with their professioanalism. They gauranteed their work and I haven't had any further issues. Pros: did what they said they would do more
