DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!! Yes, they sent a technician out quickly, but that is the only good thing that this company does. When they came out they gave me an OUTRAGEOUS quote to fix my washer ($400!) I had another company, recommended by Lowes come out and diagnose it and they said something completely different!!! Action Appliance does not know how to diagnose your appliances correctly, and tries to cover up their unrealistic repair prices by refusing to break down what you are paying for. They will not tell you what they are charging you for parts, labor, ect. Just give you one lump sum and expect you to be dumb enough to believe them. I made the mistake of paying them to ""diagnose"" my washer. Also when I called to ask about the diagnosis they refused to give me any details, and insisted on sending their repair man out again just for a simple question. They would not let me talk to him over the phone. Terrible company, outrageous prices, and terrible service. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! more

HORRIBLE COMPANY! I called my warranty company do to an issue with our washer. They sent this company out. A man who hardly spoke English came out, opened our washing machine door, closed it and said he would be in touch. Seriously it was all of 2 minutes he was there if that. A week went by with no contact so I call the company. They said they received an email from him stating it was ""abuse"" and closed our file. We do not slam dance with our washing machine. We do not wash crack in our stuff over sized items into it. They refuse to send someone else out or fix it. This company is a SCAM and I paid for a warranty that is worthless! I will be writing a review on the Warranty company as well!\r \r more
