Poor service, poor communication and a large bill!\r

We called to have a water heater fixed and the service guy came out the same day. He gave me a quote to repair the water heather but the next day I had a $529 charge on my Credit Card for a part they didnt tell me about and didn't have in stock! When I called, they said they couldn't contact me(my cell phone is strapped to me at all times) but ordered the part because they ""knew"" I would want it. \r

In short - they tried to charge me $1050 to REPAIR a water heater that I had REPLACED for $400!\r

I am still (April 4) fighting for a refund of the $529 part that they ordered and billed to my charge card without asking me if I wanted to go ahead with this overpriced repair!\r

I WILL NOT be using them again!\r
\r
Oh - did I mention that they had already ""FIXED"" the same water heater in September?
