Best in Town 1/23/2011

There are not many used bookstores in Columbus, so it's not hard to be the best. This one, however, is very good by traditional standards. They have both general used books, academic titles, and a large selection of collectables, including signed and first editions. (Their research specialist in a back office showed me a book printed in 1523!). It pays to explore as there are numerous little alcoves and a basement level. Lots of fun if you love books. more

Once a GREAT 5/22/2009

Returned after almost thirty years. What was once a GREAT bookshop now down to a run-of -the mill "Antiquarian" Bookshop.Lots of OVERPRICED reading copies. A few mis-identified first editions. Unlike the former owner, current staff ,intrusive , fawning.Sad regress! more

Nice little shop 11/23/2005

Tucked away inside a strip mall-type location, this little bookstore has a lot to offer. I was surprised by the selection, and the prices are very reasonable. Employyes are happy to help you find what you are looking for. They specialize in used books. A great little shop to find a good book in! more

Don't judge a book by its cover... 6/20/2005

This place doesn't look like much, located in a sort of a strip mall without anything particularly interesting in the windows, but once you get inside there is a great selection of used books for good prices. more
