Treatment experience was great and they did a great job on my root canal and crown and since then, great jobs on any work I've had done there. Now when my husband and i Go there, They all know us by name and know who we are. They ask me about my husband and my husband about me. Makes us feel like friends, and or patients they really care about. I'm sure they treat all their patients this way, but i prefer to think its just us. Truly Amazing! A wonderful group of people. When i First Made a visit to Ackerman & Associates it was to the The old office on Crestwood. I had not been to a dentist in a while, but tori who was a hygienist then was a wonderful person. She did her best to make me feel calm and comfortable. Then came time with Dr Morales. OH BOY! I recently joined this office. The staff is welcoming and friendly. Dr Flores is great, he made me feel comfortable, im a chicken when it comes to dentists.
