That's right - 5 stars This is my second service experience with them, and was a sump pump issue. The first was a firehose-like kitchen faucet incident, at which time I was so pleased I signed up for the the lifetime contract. Today just validated the value of that decision. Something I am especially impressed with is their willingness to explain every possible solution to a problem so you can make an informed decision - They're the best! more

When you need plumbing services, you should know what company to call - its ACE plumbing!! Their prices really appropriate on the damage. Plumbers are very polite as well. They make sure that before the leave you will not have problems with leaking!! more

Something went wrong with my kitchen faucet yesterday. It was leaking, I thought of tying something to the leaking part but nothing happens. I decided to call Ace and the plumber came immediately and fixed my faucet in 45 mins!! Great! more

water coming outside 8/24/2011

I went into the heater room and found a puddle of water on the floor I thought it was the hot water tank leaking so I called up Ace and have them fixed. They found out the water was coming from the outside, the weeping tiles were not working properly and they needed to be replaced. I must say they have amazing plumbing services. more

back to normal 8/21/2011

Around the end of July, our basement was flooded, I was panicking! We were having people over that day for a birthday party. I got Ace Plumbing come to my house and the drain was unplugged. The plumber was very good mannered and experienced once everything got back to normal I was able to calm down. Very professional service. Over all it was comforting to see how well they worked! more

I had a kitchen faucet that needed to be replaced. Job was done quickly and efficiently. He adjusted the faucet to my sink and explained the features. I would use them again. more

Courteous, professional, thorough. Did not try to sell me any extras. They came at the agreed time and did the job for the quoted price. I used them for clearing a sewer main, not any in-house plumbing, which I can do myself. I will use them again. more

ACE plumber was a total professional 8/8/2011

By the way, on the service note, we lived at the top of about 45 stairs and every time he came in the house he put little booties on over his boots to protect our floors and every time he left to get something out of the truck he took the booties off and stuffed them into a pocket. Then, put them right back on before he came back inside. Is this necessary, NO! But what a great touch. ACE plumber was a total professional. He was clean and the van was clean and the booties, come on! more

Truely Professional: I have used the Ace for years. I am confident no matter what my plumbing issue is-they will give me the best option to get my problems fixed without ripping me off. The are all SO polite. From the minute Denise answers the phone till one of the guys gets here, I am always treated like I am the only customer they have and that they truely value my business! I really appreciate how they go above and beyond my expectations to make me a satisfied customer. more

Jaime, the service tech, arrived 1/2 hr earlier than expected. He was attentive, knowledgeable and quick to unclog our kitchen sink. The entire service was reasonable at $88. more

I came home from work to find that my house was flooded due to a leak in my water heater. It was late at night and I called out this company. The office staff was very friendly and had someone out to me with in the hour. The plumber was very knowledgable and very clean. He even cleaned up the mess that was made by the heater which was not his responsibility. Not only was this company quick to respond, knowledgable, and friendly but they were very reasonable. I have used other companies during hours that cost me more that this companies after hours. If you want a great job done by someone that knows what they are doing I would suggest that you call them out to take care of you. I know that they took great care of me and I will recommend them to everyone I know. more

Highly recommended! 12/2/2010

Had a low hot water pressure issue. Called another company and they didnt seem to know what's going on and gave a quote. Called Santhoff and asked about the quote, and right there they were $100 cheaper. They were very knowledgeable so i asked them to come out. Sergio arrived about an hour after my call, found the issue and got it fixed right away. Good folks and will definitely recommend them to my friends. Thanks!!! more

I highly suggest you call up this plumbing company when you have problems at home related to plumbing. They did a good job replacing my tub. They even gave me a fair price for the work. more

Very professional and well mannered 12/2/2010

I've asked Ace Plumbing for help more than 3 times already. They never let me down every time. The plumber that they sent recently arrived 10 minutes early and fixed our kitchen sink. Plumbers from this company are all professionals and very well mannered. I'll certainly call this company again in case I need their services. more
