I am now happy 8/25/2011

Sunday I found water coming up from the drain onto the floor and I started to panic. My neighbor told me to call Ace pluming so they could clean out my drain. A plumber came in half an hour, he struggled a bit to unplug the drain but eventually it went through. I am happy to say now the drain is working fine. This company provides good plumbing service and definitely I will deal with them to fix my drains! more

worked hard 8/23/2011

Water was building up on the ceiling we didn’t understand what was going on and never had this problem before. We made an appointment ACE and they came the next morning and they worked hard the whole day and no more plumbing problem! more

The in-laws were in town and we were running the dishwasher to prepare for dinner and I heard dripping coming from the kitchen. I went in to find water spewing out of the sink drain and pouring over the edge onto the floor - this was not going to help me make a good impression on my father in law. I called ACE and they sent a guy out right away who diagnosed and fixed the problem in about an hour. more

I had a valve leak a few hours before having to go out of town, and ACE was able to find the parts for my water meter and fix it the same day, allowing me not to have to move my travel arrangements. I sincerely appreciate his going the extra mile (literally, since he had to drive about 40 miles to pick up the part) to resolve my problem quickly. more

This guy is amazing. He is friendly, easy to talk to, but most importantly, does the job and does it well. His rates are beyond reasonable, and I've already called him back for a second job. more

This is a company that truly cares about their customers. They give clean, quality and economical work and consideration. To deal with Trio was a good memorable experience. If we ever need anything done again, we are definately going to call them again! more

They arrive polished looking, in extremely clean vehicles, do the very best job they can, and leave everything spotless on departure. And again, that's for a freebie job. I was TOTALLY impressed! We had a leaky bathroom faucet. We tried doing a quick fix ourselves with no luck. It's 9pm, and faucet is leaking like crazy. So we call these guys up, and they're able to come an hour later! They have extremely reasonable prices as well. more

200% satisfaction 12/16/2010

Jonathan, (ACE Plumbing and Rooter) was a saving grace. We are out of state and had a serious plumbing problem with our property in San Francisco. I found Jonathan via the internet yellow pages and really got lucky. Not only was he out there and fixed the problem the same day but it was within hours. Jonathan went the extra mile and assisted us with another unrelated issue by referring us and assisting with the completion of that problem too. As absentee owners, we had to rely on someone to have access to our property and their honesty. Jonathan fulfilled all of those requirements with 200% satisfaction. I can't recommend him highly enough to assist with your needs. more

Overall, I think they got a tough job landed on their plate this time but they didn't loose their patience, did the right thing and didn't charge us any extra. They probably spent 3-4 hours on this not including making multiple trips. Now that is one professional plumber whom you can trust to do the right thing. more
